My check cleared my bank 2/25/08 to Dream Products for 19.94 for two swim suits. I called and was told they were shipped March 5th and to wait four weeks for delivery. I called again and was told to wait another week. It has been 10 weeks since my check cleared. I am put on hold each time I call. I remembered getting a telemarketing call and agreeing to have some stuff sent to me: Liberty Fun Pass, US Patriot Card, and this PRM or PME Health Options Stuff. Was charged 19.95 twice, and then $49.99 for the Health Options. Couldn't get a hold of them until I found a number next to the charge amount on my bank statement online: 866-397-3065. Call them and you'll get right through to a live person. I was able to cancel the memberships and given a confirmation number. I opted for a Term Life Insurance Policy from AIG through SelectQuote. One the appointment was made for a exam, I never heard from the SelectQuote Agent-Shaun Croper- again. Paid for cleaning using debit card, 04-30-2008. Cleaning total was $34.90. Cleaners charged $334.90, and will not refund money. My bank is now involved and the BBB. I bought a pair of expensive Uggs for my 11 year old daughter in Nov of 2007, and barely 3 months later the seam around the toe area ripped. The other boot is perfectly fine. She is not a toe scraper, and considering the other one is in perfect condition, I can only assume there was a defect in the other boot. If it were a cheap pair of boots, I would expect that. After 2 surgeries one breast is hard, dented, has a huge bump on the top, and pops out over tops. The other is loose, bottoming out, lower, and has ripples all around because it was over-dissected. I received the patches and they looked absolutely terrible. I contacted Stadri and they informed me that they could not refund my money. The patches look absolutely nothing like the sample. I have contacted them numerous times, and I still have not received a resolution to this problem. Hopefully my credit card will be able to help me out. In addition it is impossible to get a manager on the phone, and half the time nobody answers the phone. I would warn anyone from working with Stadri.
