The salwar kameez /saree blouses were not stitched properly. The worst stitching ever. The quality of customer service is bad. You have to harras them for an answer. He told me that is was a free ins program paid for by my union, and all he needed was proper identification. When he got to my home he asked if my wife was present and I said no. then he told me that she had to be here to verify her id as the benificary. I purchased a lace wig over the internet from rpgshow in March 08. The wig arrived two weeks late, it was not the wig that I saw on the internet which was a Aalliay wig (deceased). The wig that was sent to me looked like a wig for a werewolf. It refused to remain forward, it kept falling towards the back and the circumference was incorrect. Therefore, it did not fit my head. Got the pasta express; used it according to the directions and ended up burning my hand. the directions say that after putting the pasta in the container, pour the boiling water into the container then cover with the 'locked' lid while it cooks. well 'locked' does not mean what you think... water will still flow through the container freely if you happen to tip it to immerse all of the pasta. I stupidly ordered the Wu-Yi Tea "trial, " then immediately canceled it. While Wu-Yi did refund the amount of $4.95 I paid for the trial, then earlier this week, I noticed that a charge of $19.95 came through my bank account for IW/LIVING LEAN. I called the number Thursday (866-396-5711) and asked for a refund and cancellation of the program. We went to the New Balance store to get laces for the 810s we bought as well as the 753s we bought. We made a special trip to the store just for that purpose. When at the store we first asked the sales person for laces. I have been reading tons of complaints about this company. A common pitfall among complainants is that they are being charged for extra services or recurring memberships that they had no knowledge of and did not request.
