I am tired of everyone with FMS+ being dismissed. Not enough research, nothing substantial to help us. WE SUFFER endlessly and needlessly. Our suicide rates are on the rise and I understand why. I was charged for dental services in the amount of $2719, before services were rendered. My complaint is with Todays Options Advantage Plan. (Pyramid Life Insurance Company). I have not been a member of their plan since Aug. 1st of 2007. I made an application for Term Life Insurance and after a very long period I was denied. I received a letter from the company telling my application had been denied on February 1st and on February 6th $616.00 was withdrawn from my checking account. Because of the withdrawn I incurred $272.00 in insufficient fund fees. Ordered on 1/2/08. Was given bogus tracking info. As of 2/12/08 still no product. Telephone and online chat "service dept" are offshore and it shows. In one single conversation (I have written proof) they said the order would be here in 5 days, then a few sentences later says, the order was canceled, then again, the order should be here in 5 days - this time offering a tracking number.
