My co-worker went in to get coffee from our local dunkins. The girl filling the order is kinda new, I myself have seen her a few times before. Well she over flowed the cup and the coffee was dripping down the side . Instead of whipping it off with a napkin SHE LICKED IT OFF FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP TO THE TOP. I should have checked this business out prior to switching my provider. My visit was an emergency with an abscessed tooth. Yes it was treated and an appt. made to extract the tooth. I purchased a product for my fibromyalgia pain that was given a money back guarantee. It took longer than the 2-4 days delivery that i paid 11.95 dollars for shipping (took 2 weeks) and after taking the product for a couple of weeks i have no relief. In Oct 2005, these dentists (3 at the time) grossly overfilled a root canal on back molar and squirted Sargenti paste into my nerve channel. They concealed the overfill and use of Sargenti and left it for me to diagnose myself. Where has the service gone. This DME provider (now the only durable medical equipment provider in the Phoenix area) is in serious need of investigation either internally or by the insurance companies that pay them. Equipment is extremely slow in delivery, sales persons do not return calls, and there is a general disregard of the consumer by the personnel. It appears as though the employees have no supervision (or a very poor one) as they can do what they want, when they want, and to whom they want.
