I received their serum and then found out they were going to keep charging my charge card every month $59.99. I emailed them and they said I could send the product back and they would not charge my card anymore. I sent the product back unopened and this month I received a credit card charge of $59.99. So far this serum which I don't have has cost me over $60.00. They never answer their phone and do not have a place to leave a message. I deleted my email so I also cannot find an email address for them. I guess I will have to go through my credit card company and let them fight this for me. Never buy anything from this company!!! I filed for Cigna disability and was told that I MUST file for SSI disability to get my Cigna claim. They then referred me to a "helpful" associate who assisted me in filling out the SSI claim. I just started to receive Cigna $, but denied SSI at this time. 1 week later I receive a call from this "helpful" person asking me the status of SSI, one week later I get a letter from Cigna and my employer that I will have to pay all my own insurance and no longer receive disability. Do not use Cigna's associate Advantage 2000, it is a scheme to get out of paying and to obtain personal information. read full review »

My husband bought my engagement ring in the Rancho Cucamonga, CA Zales store March of 2006. By May 2006, I'd lost a diamond. I don't do labor, I will admit to wearing my ring all day/night... but I assumed that was what you were supposed to do with an engagement ring!!! It took two weeks to get the diamond replaced. LA Fitness has a very nice gym. However, the staff is completly imcompetent. Three seperate times I notified management regarding saftey issues with their cleaning people. They like to use vacums, that are really used for vacuming corners and cracks, but they are using it to do the whole gym floor. Durning 6-8 am, which most gym goers hit that time frame. And they have no problem vacuming under your bench when lifting extremly heavy weights. The male trainers are outside having private conversations with women next to their cars. Beware of their "consultants". These are 20 something girls that really don't have proper knowledge to quote you on procedures. They billed me 9 days before my procedure and of course no refunds. When I went in for my procedure (botox and restylane) nearly everything I was told by the "consultants" was incorrect. I went through with it because I had already been charged ($1276). I have 14 days to try the product and can return it by then. The only problem is that they will not accept the return without a RMA authorization on it. I 've been trying to talk to someone on the only phone number they give for almost 2 weeks to get an RMA authorization and can't get anyone to answer. Was a former employee recently and have not as yet recieved my last check or repayment of making me pay supposed missing checks from tables. The rice bowls are reused for every new table with the same serving spoon. Also they reuse rice from tables for new dishes and feed thier employees leftovers from the table that just left.
