This company offers a sample of green tea diet capsules for the mere price of shipping and handling, and the customer assumes he or she will have the option of ordering additional supplements, after a trail period, but this company does not wait for the customer to place an order, but instead sends another bottle of capsules and charges almost $80.00. BE VERY CAREFUL when purchasing WU-YI SOURCE Tea. November 2008 I ordered a 10 day trial package free. I was only required to pay $4.95 for the shipping. When I received the 10 day trial package there was also a day supply included in a separate package. Scheduled appointment at 11:45am and waited in the waiting room until 1:00pm. After complaining to the front desk I was then transferred to a room and waited until 1:45pm with out being seen by a DR or being updated on why the long wait. My son was a victim of a gun shot in his left upper arm and his right middle finger. He was rushed to South Suburban Hospital by paramedics. My complaint is when the nurse named Mona came into the emergency room to take care of him, she was about to give my son a shot, spilled all the medicine from the needle all over his arm and did not have on any gloves. They have been stalling for nearly a year on paying a small claim with no explanation and many promises that the claim will be paid. They haven't denied it...it's simply gone into the system and no one can tell us why we haven't received a check. We've spent hours on the phone trying to get some action. We finally filed a complaint with the division of insurance and the company has already missed the first deadline to respond to the state and us. The incompetent manager halted production of sandwiches for customers who showed up at the store for 30 minutes while they completed Fax Orders. I think it's ridiculous to put Fax orders ahead of customers who actually take the time to walk in to your store. The manager said something about "sorry, it was a large order." These people mishandled my dental care and are now billing me for work that they told me was covered by my insurance. Their staff was unprofessional and incompetent and now they sent me to collections for $300 that I was told was covered under my insurance. They told me it was approved but didn't actually get it approved and billed me over six months later for it and in the process of my complaint they said they would take care of it (or at least investigate it) but instead ignored my calls and sent me to collections instead.
