I placed an order with Vitacost.com on Feb 04, 2008. I called many times and was told that my order was in the warehouse and ready to ship. On Feb 12, I finally was allowed to talk to a supervisor. He told me that there was nothing wrong with my order and that it would ship that day via UPS 2nd day air. The nuts had been placed in a serving container by me so I knew it was free of anything but the nuts. I ordered 2 shirts from them 5 month's ago. When they arrived 1 was correct and 1 was the wrong size. I returned it at my cost for S&H. Several weeks later they returned a shirt that was the wrond size and wrong color. I returned it at my cost for S&H and requested they send me the right shirt. I purchased a pair of REEBOK Basketball Shoes from Bahrain and the stitches on the right shoe came out on the second day of use itself. Now I cannot use the shoe at all as the sponge cushioning will come out. I am very sad and upset as I had saved quite a bit to buy the shoe and it didn't last me more than 2 days! Last week I went to Aspen Dental in Auburn NY. I figured I would give them a try. They were offering free x-rays and an exam. After the X-rays and exam I was called in for a consultation. A huge rack fell off the wall just around 1 pm today shaking the floor and luckily not harming anyone. It could have killed someone. Customers in the store were not told anything.
