After almost 8 months of silence, Dr. James Ehrlich sent several e-mails threatening legal action instead of offering to resolve the problems I've explained. This is a con operation. On 6th Oct 2006, they came to repair my treadmill, collected $185 and told me that they will come by to replace the part for which they collected the money. That was the last I heard from them. Phone calls are not returned. I put my prescription in on 12/14/06 in order to get 2006 rates on my insurance. Today is 1/9/07 and I still have not received it. I have had several people on the phone tell me it is in processing and it is on the way and I still am without my insulin. Because I have called so often Walgreen's has grown tired of my telephone calls and has put the fault on me. My insurance company will not do anything because they say Walgreen's is at fault. We live in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan and when we were recently in Green Bay, WI, we shopped at Sam's Club. We live approximately 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours away. When we got home and opened the shrink wrap the cans were punctured and open. There was no way to tell with the shrink wrap on. Seeing we live so far away it is not feasible to return the defective products. Please advise on what to do next. Heads up. I am letting you and the public know of my experience. On three seperate occasions, after purchasing Encore foods chopped onions of Canada, I discovered live maggotts. The first two times I pitched them. This latest container I took to Big Lots in Sterling Heights, Michigan, and complained to the manager, who said I could have a full refund. I heard that there is a bad complain regarding the way of how this company is managing their employees. Lately, I heard my friend indicating his dissatisfaction and disappointment upon his decision on working in this company. Today as in so many days of my life, I was putting ingredients in my crock pot so dinner would be ready when we got home. Went to Dr Harlan for light resurfacing procedure for around mouth area. Doctor Harlan instead resurfaced around orbital eye area and burned very heavy. Had horrible burns and side effects, looked 10 to 15 years older within weeks. Dr. did not call or follow up with patient.
