I did not use my first week free personal trainer offer that came with my joining 24 hours. I asked if I could use this any other time since I was leaving for a long vacation during and will not be in to use the gym the first week. They said yes, no problem. Whole ( in bone ) pork loins $0.99 lb. I have shopped Farmer Jacks for many years and was very disappointed when I asked the butcher to cut a pork loin into chops for me. I was informed that they were only sold as pork loins, since when for many years I have had pork loins (whole in bone ) cut into pork chops! We stayed at the Springfield, IL KOA. It was a nightmare. During our stay we were sitting at the table in our camper and I turned off the Air Conditioner as I was talking on my cellphone. We were eating lunch and the TV was NOT on. The TV started to smoke so I quickly unplugged it. The breaker box started to smoke so I shut off all the power. My now husband and I decided to use After Hours formal for our wedding tuxedos. We made our appointment and had four of the men measured at the Galleria and the other two were measured at their local stores in Jacksonville FL and Tampa, FL. I was a big fan of G shock and all of their products for many years now. a few years ago I bought a Mudman "Gaussman AW-570" Analog with the Titanium back plate. i bought the watch at "The G Shock Store" in Manhattan, New York. My daughter had joined on a Saturday to lose 12 pounds (which was not needed). We called later that day but they were not there. They are closed on Sunday's. We went back on Monday to cancel at Springfield, PA center. They said she would probably not get $149.00 back because that was for medical history which includes taking blood pressure and weighing. I volunteer as an EMT and it takes about a minute to do both things. We got a check for $63 because she gave $212. We cancelled within 72 hours and I told them that you can cancel a contract in that time span. They did not think you could in PA. Are they any lawyers that know differently? read full review »

I'm at my wits end with my diamond engagement ring from Zales. My fiance bought me a 2,100 dollars engagement ring from them in December 2005. Then in February 2006 the main diamond fell out somewhere (I was in the shower and I caught a glimpse of my hand and there was a big empty setting) so I brought it back to Zales where they told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. This dental practice is defrauding it's patients by having them sign up for expensive cosmetic procedures and failing to deliver them. I agreed to pay for veneers over 6 weeks ago which were supposed to be put on before an upcoming vacation. Fraud warning! Don't buy Trimlife Inc. products, the company is a total scam. Also known as www.tlsciences.com. They are based in Bismark, North Dakota I know this because my own wife was a victim of this company (and she's a pretty smart lady). I would like to bring to the notice how doctors are mending money unethically from the patients. This is not a complaint but to let you know how a patient undergoes mental pressure by the fees being charged by the doctors unethically. I am filing a complaint because of inadequate and unlawful service. Upon signing the contract, I was told that "at any time during the three year contract I could pay a termination fee of $50 (per member) and end my contract"; however, when i tried to do that, I was told that there was no way I could possibly get out of my contract. I had my hair permed on July 14th at Salon Doriano in Fishkill, NY. The girl who did my hair initially seemed to not know what she was doing at all. The perm didn't really take. When I got home and looked in the mirror after my hair had dried, I called the salon and was told to return. I and many others need fat free frozen yougert ice cream. For a while u carried Kemps by Greene i had bought it at Lowes and it is good. I have been going to BI-LO's in Morganton (when Ingles is very close) I got Southern Home Fat free frozen yogurt. They had special 2 for 6 $. I got 2 van 2 choc and 2 strawberry they are very good. On April 22, 2006 I ordered an Easton Stealth CNT -5 Senior League Baseball Bat which was received in the first week of May and billed to my credit card on May 2, 2006. Later that month during a game it was discovered that the bat had a flat side to it and I contacted Baseball express to get a replacement. This company used my credit card and billed me 115.15 plus 8.25 for diet pills that I did not authorize. I requested reimbursement in writing, returned the product all in certified mail and they still have not reimbursed me. Bought Grouper Fish today (07/12/06) at Ingles Grocery, Clayton, GA 30525. Fish Counter advertised "Grouper - Wild Caught - Fresh"; however, when I opened the package at home I found the fish to be "slimy with a bad smell"!
