I am complaining on services received by the Manager/Owner of Dairy King in Xenia, Ohio. On May 6th My Fiancee and i went for ice cream. I ordered a banana split tornado. It was liquid. I complained to the owner in hopes he would replace with a different type. I expected ice cream not liquid. The owner was very rude and out right refused to replace a $2.39 item. They strung me along for 2 months, (long enough for me not to be able to recoup from my credit card co) as soon as the 60 days lapsed, the cut off all communication and deleted my login name and password from the site... until that time they were super polite, and assuring me of delivery or a refund. The concerning the Goodwill industry Winston Salem NC. I found a pair of sandal shoes on the rack that stated they would be $3.50. After trying them on and seeing if they were going to be comfortable and upon arriving at the check-out was advised that the shoes would be $25.00. A far cry from the rack price. Beware of Weight Watchers online free 30 day trial... it's not free. Even if you cancel within the 30 days, your credit card is billed for $65 before the period is up. My daughter and I were browsing online diet plans on the internet and the only way you could view weight watchers information was to sign up for a "risk free" 30 day trial, but you have to give your credit card number. I went to Salons on the Hill in Hurst TX Saturday May 5 asking for an appointment possibly same day. Linda Quadri owner and operator of Salon Q in suite 11 graciously accepted for me to return @ 6pm for a cut and style. I returned early approx 5:45pm, she was currently attending to a client, but said she would be with me shortly. I recently purchased a new pair of glasses from this store at the Brass City Mall. The frames I ordered were fine, it took them 4 tries to get my lenses correct, so I had to keep returning to the store. What upset me was each time I arrived the store reps couldn’t care less that I didn’t have my glasses. During my 4th visit I was chatting with a woman at the counter who was waiting and discovered she was going through the same problem. Three months ago i brought my swiss army watch to have battery replaced, the stem was broken in the process i had to take my watch back 3 times before the clerk informed me that they will have to send watch to watchmaker the jeweler can not fix it. My wife made an online purchase of clothing from Newport News about 2 years ago. On checkout, she was asked if she wanted “free shipping” with the order, and if so, to enter her email address. She did so. She was apparently enrolled in a "30 day free trial" to catalogs, discounts and coupons. The new Herbal Essences bottles look great on the shelf, but their top-heavy design is easily knocked off the shower shelf, and the sharp-edged cap doesn't feel so great when it hits your foot. My 15 year old daughter had got her first job at mcdonalds. They say they work around the kids schedule. That was a lie. They scheduled her to work a closing shift 2 to 3 times a week on a school night. She was told if she didn't work them she would be let go. So they let here go after working there a year. They said she didn't show for a couple of shifts, but we always watched our daughters shifts. Mcdonalds lies. Now my daughter is having a hard time finding a job. Now she's afraid of work. I went into SmartStyle Hair Salon which is located inside of Wal-Mart for a haircut which includes a shampoo for the price stated. I had to wait first of all for about 30 minutes and there was only one stylist working and she only had one customer she was styling. I tried the free sample deal and did not read anything about being put on an autoshipment program, so needless to say I wasn't expecting to receive any further shipments or charges on my credit card, never the less I received another bottle of the hoodiaxs. I have been using LEVIS products for the last three years and never had a chance to complain. But recently I purchased a LEVIS shirt from Company's retail outlet at MGF Metropolitan Mall at Gurgaon (Haryana) India. The stuff was defective and started losing color even before the first wash. A few months ago I purchased several pair of Levis 505 from Sears in Texas City for my husband. He has only worn them for a few months and after washings we started noticing holes and slices in material... like they were sliced with a razor blade and little holes as if they were shot with buckshot. We didnt think too much when this happened to the first pair (thinking maybe some chemical got on them or something) , but now two other pairs have had this happen to them.
