Hush Puppy (Bata India)
I purchased one HUSH PUUPIE shoe from Bata in Patiala in Punjab (INDIA) from auth. showroom in the month of April 2006. But that shoe get cracked just after 4-5 months, I approached to the dealer but he said they can't do anything because Guarantee is valid only for 70 days...
SHOCKING for me I purchased this shoe on the cost of 1100 Rs. after 50% less mean actual cost is 2200 Rs., so according to dealer the life of the shoe is only for 70 days for thier top brand. Its totally a fraud with the customer.
And then I approached to... read full review »
GRC Vita Power Pro
This is the second time I have had a problem with this company. I ordered a Winser Pilates exercise product, and when I ordered if off the TV program, the telephone receptionist asked if I wanted to get the "FREE Vitamin Supplements" courtesy of ordering the Pilates exerciser. I said "NO THANK YOU" that I already had my own vitamin supp. that I take. I have noticed that my VISA has been billed AGAIN this month (November) for a shipment of GRC Vita Power Pro. in the amount of $33.94, and there is MY VISA charge card number... read full review »
Majestic Innovations / Symmetry Direct
Majestic Innovations, aka Symmetry Direct, has contacted me numerous times. This information is posted on my blog, but since the company has filed a complaint to have it removed from search engines, and from blogger (which is censorship, and un-American) I wanted to also share it here:
Majestic Innovations Grand Rapids, MI.
This company has repeatedly called and harassed me regarding "full or part time work." However, make no mistake about it, this company is a pyramid scheme. What they will do is call you and ask if you are... read full review »
L.L. Bean
I ordered a pair of gloves online from L.L. Bean and paid an extra $5.00 for gift wrapping. When I received the package today I was a little irked to find that all they did was place the gloves in a L.L. Bean box and wrap a bow around it. I don't think that was worth $5.00. read full review »
WineStuff.com
If this helps one person I consider this complaint successful. While shopping for the perfect holiday gift for my nf who loves wine, I found this website and ordered from it. I was promised a delivery time frame of 1 week and it has now been more than 2 weeks and I have not seen my merchandise. I have tracked it online and called the store numerous times. Each time they promise me a delivery date and yet I haven't seen it yet. Do not order from winestuff.com. They have been unresponsive to my emails as well. Save yourself the headache! Fred Meyer Jewelry
Thank you for taking the time to read this. First, I would like to point out that Fred Meyer Jewelry is GREAT, their warranties are wonderful and aside from ONE manager, their customer service has always been excellent.
If you live in the Portland area and would like to receive outstanding customer service, I would suggest you to go 6495 SE TV Highway Hillsboro, OR and speak to Dan, or to their location in Cornelius and speak to Craig. They will treat you great and be very helpful in selling their fine jewelry.

The company required $300 up front to provide qualified life & health ins. leads in a zip area. Leads provided are deducted from deposit. 22 leads were provided most in bad areas, I kept protesting and asking for credit for these bad leads. Some were granted but never credited. So I canceled in writing to Customer Service on their web site. The next day they charged my credit card with $230. I called, asked why since I canceled (also e-mailed). Then I was told by manager, Greg Martin (?) I would get a refund of $258 in Nov (no credit for... read full review »
Advantage Human Resourcing
This complaint has gone to the BBB and the FTC with no response.
In October of 2005 I was living in New York City looking for employment, I was referred to Advantage through a friend who had been working there herself. My friend gave me the information and told me to contact Krystal Boninsegna for a position with American Express or one of their other clients.

Endocrine Associates of Central Florida - Dr. Mandry
I was referred to an Endocrinologist by my primary physician for symptoms which she could not explain. When Dr. Mandry came into the room, I had given him a list of my symptoms, which he rapidly read through, and then began criticizing me. He began claiming that I needed to see a psychologist for a stress-related issue and that I was making it all up in my head. I was pleading for help and he was telling me to get my head checked. It was the single most offensive and insulting experience of my life. I urge everyone to not go to this doctor! read full review »
Mid-West Life Insurance Company
My daughter and I thought we had medical coverage though this company, but it appears that we only pay for insurance. When medical bills are presented they are denied for payment. The list of excuses is long for this company. 80% coverage of medical bills must have only been a promise by Mid-West Life Insurance Company. It is certainly not a promise they intended on keeping.
My doctor called Mid-West Life Insurance to make sure the procedure was covered. Mid-West said it was covered and then they refused to pay my doctor. My credit and my relationship with my doctors has changed. read full review »
NFL
Our family is enjoying Thanksgiving and are all here and agree that is extremely unreasonable of the NFL to charge consumers to enjoy a national sport, which historically was family entertainment and costs incorporated under basic network tv and/or cable.
Sitting around the fire after dinner and watching football with family was enjoyable growing up. Tonight could not watch the Denver / Kansas game after eating and are watching some other program. You can only find this out by clicking on "HELP" at the top of page. They hide this very well by doing it this way and when contacted they then don't tell you it is under help that is on every page.

IEEE Cigna Group Health Insurance
I have had Cigna group insurance with the IEEE for over 15 years. In December 2006, CIGNA determined that all members plus their dependents will be forced out of the group when the member turns 65, without regard to the age or health of the dependents. My 63 year wife will be forced out of insurance and into the state high risk pool. No delay time, no COBRA, just out. The risk pool is high cost, high deductible, and low coverage and will not cover her bipolar condition.

Poor service, poor customer relations, four attempts for deliveries and still nothing gets done correctly. First was an order for yellow roses...they came white. The final straw was when We went to use the store credit they had given us plus some extra money for a funeral wreath. It never arrived. Mill Valley Sheepskin and Leather Co.
Synopsis of dispute with Mill Valley Leather
Initial purchase of jacket occurred in November of 2005 after extensive shopping and research on the internet. A deciding factor was the advertised 5 year customer satisfaction warranty and the many years of experience in the business. When I placed the order, the people were friendly, polite, and helpful. I had every reason to believe that these were honest merchants.
After wearing the jacket for a couple of months, the finish and color wore through around the pockets and elbow panels. In... read full review »
Rockland International
I would just like to reaffirm what many others have stated via Complaints Board (regarding ALL Cydcor affiliates, and in particular: Rockland International of Troy, Michigan). Beware of this seemingly lucrative job opportunity.
