Lindsay Large Pitted Olives
We live in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan and when we were recently in Green Bay, WI, we shopped at Sam's Club. We live approximately 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours away. When we got home and opened the shrink wrap the cans were punctured and open. There was no way to tell with the shrink wrap on. Seeing we live so far away it is not feasible to return the defective products. Please advise on what to do next. The product coed is 53800 61016, on the package, the product code on the receipt is 19465, 6 6oz olives. We would expect some kind of restitution for this. Encore Foods Chopped Onions of Canada
Heads up. I am letting you and the public know of my experience. On three seperate occasions, after purchasing Encore foods chopped onions of Canada, I discovered live maggotts. The first two times I pitched them. This latest container I took to Big Lots in Sterling Heights, Michigan, and complained to the manager, who said I could have a full refund. I told her I wanted the company notified and to correct matters there. I also wrote to the company and compained. I still may contact the consumer protection agency in Michigan.

Southern Foods Corporation
I seriously doubt this situation is "news" to most people, but it did shock me! Tarrant, AL is a very small town, and I'm only aware of two grocery stores in the city. One is Southern Foods, and it is closing.
They were having a Store Closing Sale, with everything 40 to 50% discounted. Okay, not happy they're closing, but might be a good chance to get some good deals.

I heard that there is a bad complain regarding the way of how this company is managing their employees.
Lately, I heard my friend indicating his dissatisfaction and disappointment upon his decision on working in this company. He is graduated from Diploma and found out that the salary scale was indeed almost the same scale as a SPM student working in the company.
Here, he indicates that this salary scale have put him into a phobia whereas he is thinking what is the use of studying Diploma if the salary is very low at the scale of Rm6xx.xx. Better don't study is what he said lastly. read full review »

Greene uniform co. is the worst company to deal with, no only do they never pick up their phone line, but when you do get through to them, it is the worst customer service ever! I had to go to their store in New York City (Bronx) in order to exchange items because they also messed up my order. The store is disgusting! This is a warehouse, I was a hilo driver over there, the owners decided they wanted to make it required that all the dockman working in the warehouse have their CDL (truck operator license). Fossil Watch Company offers online gift certificates. They will tell you that the certificate will be sent to email within 24 hours. This is not true. I ordered $400 worth of certificates on Dec. 22nd and still have not received them! Calling Fossil Customer Service is like calling "Neverland". Today as in so many days of my life, I was putting ingredients in my crock pot so dinner would be ready when we got home. I first put in a box of stuffing mix, about a cup of onions and celery frozen, and then chicken drumsticks from the fridge.

My son purchased a shirt to wear to a party. The shirt was a dress shirt that is folded and stacked in the store. It was his size and he liked the shirt.
When I unfolded it to iron it it had a hole in it appearing to be where someone could have possibly sliced it with a razor while opening a box. I researched different perfume companies in order to purchase Paris perfume by Yves St. Laurent at the least expensive price for my daughter for Christmas.

Dr. John Harlan
Went to Dr Harlan for light resurfacing procedure for around mouth area. Doctor Harlan instead resurfaced around orbital eye area and burned very heavy. Had horrible burns and side effects, looked 10 to 15 years older within weeks. Dr. did not call or follow up with patient.
When I made an appointment to see what was happening, Doctor Harlan got visibly angry and dismissed me, saying it was my fault of all things. I left his office bewildered and devastated.

On December 12, I ordered a Detroit Tiger sweatshirt for my son for Christmas, supposedly to be shipped in "4-5 days". I called on the 21st around 9:00 pm, as it had not yet been shipped, sat on hold for over 30 minutes, only to have somebody finally answer then, after hearing my complaint, hang up in my ear.

I have talked to them 12-15 times faxed them RX from doctors office 3 times talked to a supervisor 3 times at 877-797-3687 ext 2958 and I am a diabetic who still cant get his prescription filled by this company correctly it has a very bad customer service they wont even call the doctor to see if the RX is correct.

I have been trying to return 6 bottles from "money back guarantee" offer of "Breast Gain Plus". There is no phone number listed (in the directory either) and I was instructed to email to get an "RMA".. I have not been contacted from the company with this number. I have requested a RMA number to return 8 times! (since February 2006)
