The reprehensive stated that they were brokers and that they could rent my property within thirty days and sale within ten weeks. Every year, Green Tree requires me to fax proof of insurance. Every year, I get my agent to fax this information to them. The next year, they want it AGAIN. I have never been without homeowner's insurance, and the previous mortgage services (Greenpoint & NationsBanc) never did this harassment. Worthless instrument, extremely poor customer service. This product was ordered by my senior citizen mother who truly thinks she has been scammed! The product was not what it claimed at all, the "cordless" drill gift with purchase had a power cord and the s/h was more than the product itself! The advertisement showed the user standing upright during the use of this product, but a person would have to be less than 4 feet tall to stand erect and use this auger. Passport to Fun fraudulently obtained my credit card info and proceeded to withdraw $1.00 and $29.95 each month for services I never signed up for. Their customer service is non-existent. The supervisor (employee #45912) was obviously used to such complaints, and acted like she was doing me a big favor by refunding two months, but refused to pass my call along to the next step on the supervisory ladder, claiming that she was the only supervisor with the company. Lost and found issues, My daughter left behind a stuffed cat which she has had for a number of years. I called the lost and found number as soon as it opened the Monday after the cruse. Small complaint..I actually was impressed how Kmart has changed since the last time I was in your store. My only complaint was that there wasn't enough check out folks, so two people were dealing with very long lines and frusterated folks. The two fols ringing were also hadneling returns.
