Has anyone else had Enbridge Gas making unauthorized debits from their bank accounts? I have never had an account with them, I have never given them any information - and in the past 4 months they have taken almost $2000 from my account. I have got it all back, but this past month I also had a cheque bounce because of it. I am now closing my account because neither the bank or Enbridge can figure out how this has happened. The bank says Enbridge has to have a void cheque in order to do this, but I have never given them one. I don't know how else they could have my banking information. read full review »

Ordered the free trail of green tea, but when the ordered came, it was in a pill form. Called them right away to cancel any further shipping because I thought it was in a tea bag form, they disclose that in their advertisement online. But still charged my credit card for $79.95. I have been waiting to receive my 150.00 dollar rebate from Amazon since September 2007 and have gotten to the point where I have complained to Comcast that the ball had been dropped and if they don't correct the problem at their end I will refuse to pay my comcast bill and will cut my service with them. Tri Star was scheduled to come to our home for what they call "a needed opinion" of their product. They promised 4 vacation packages. In 2006, I believe, Clarke sold out to Yellow Book USA. We, as painting contractors, had advertised with Clarke for years. Occasionally, we fell somewhat behind but never more than 60 days and always paid our bill and always were welcomed to renew with Clarke. After they sold out, everything went ok for about 4 months. On 4/12 Direct TV Inc. inquire on my credit report when I did not give them persmission to do so. I have never had their service nor do I want it. To go one step more I have work for the Cable Co for over 15 years so why would I want their service. I got the "free" CD and so far I am $197 into the negative because of the $49.50 they pulled from my account. I tried for 2 days to get a hold of a real person there - I finally did - they can only refund $20 of it. I'm going to follow the advice here though and file a fraud alert. According to the "Grant Resource Center" there is a statement saying I would be charged in 7 days. Baloney! It took 10 days to receive the CD! God please stay away from them. I am currently with them, and all I can say is stay away. I had to sign a non-solicit clause, which cover some other legal aspects.
