Their customer service is rude and curt, they will not let you cancel an order, nor will they listen to you. They lie and say an order has shipped and it has not. This company is affiliated with a foreign company and they use the foreign business tactics to make it impossible to get your money back. This company charged me over $200.00 on collect calls. Several times my children under the age of 18 accepted the calls. I ordered a very nice set of business cards. Had a lot of trouble navigating their way of typesetting and layout. The cards came in looking terrible. Smudged printing and bad "leading". I sent back samples, per their request. They said they didn't receive them. Each time I talk to customer service (use the term lightly) it's a different story. The Village of Westchester IL. salt truck struck my van on a parking lot, Febuary 21, 2008. My van was legally parked and the driver not not stop, by was in a hurry to get away. A accident report was made and we tried to contact the Village for assistance in repairs. A letter was sent to the Mayor and Director of Public Works along with an estimate for repair on march 26, 2008. They have not responded. The repair estimate is 812.00 for my left fender. Ordered tea from Wu Yi. Was billed and money withdrawn from account. For past two months have been noticing $19.95 withdrawn from my account by WI/Living Lean. Do not know what this charge is for, but called bank and had my card discontinued and new one issued so these people cannot continue taking money out of my account. We purchased one of the town and country frozen food packages, the cost of which was quite expensive. With this package we received a new freezer. Well, the freezer had to have an outlet for itself (nothing else could be plugged in with it). Long story short we set it up in the garage, the gfi clicked off, we were on vacation, we got back to a freezer full of bad meat. We paid off the freezer, but didn't reorder any products. In my most recent visit to the store, this week, I was dismayed to see the compact fluorescent light bulbs prominently displayed and the old standard, less expensive incandescent bulbs basically relegated to obscure shelves. My wife and I have received several debt collection calls in an attempt to collect an alleged outstanding bill with Sears Credit Card Services.
