I recently did some bottle returns at the Utica Walmart and forgot to use the slips their when I shopped. I just went to the Oneida walmart and decided to use them for my purchases. My husband's doctor performed an X-Ray at this facility. The doctor was in our Blue Shield network. Main Street was adjacent to the doctor's office. The desk clerk at Main Street asked for his insurance card upon check-in but did not disclose that the facility was out of Blue Shield's network of medical services providers.
