I purchased my NEW ellipitcal from Walmart on 2-15-2009, the machine broke at the right side lower body leg (part #7) where the leg connects to the right pedal arm. The steel cracked at a point that was not welded from the factory, and is a clear manufacture defect. I was unable to stay at the hotel I booked because I was treated in the New Isaland Hospital emergency room for a kidney stone. I was in the emergency room for 10 hours and left sedated from the pain killers I received intraveiniously. The insurance was for $113. I have a bill for $3100 listing of all of the tests. My mother came out of a nursing home on August 18, 2009. She is supposed to have her blood taken once a week to determine coumadin levels. In August 08 I received an annual statement from Five Star Resorts for $125.72 payable 9/1/09.
