I ordered a Color Frame/Clock/Radio Hidden Camera DVR from them for $519.00 on January 1, 2009. I received the package on Jan 12, 2009. The item was extremely used with numerous smudges that would not go off. There were minor scratches on it as well. It was missing a micro SD Card which was promised in the advertisement. It did not record anything except for showing time. Basically, I spent $519.00 for a digital clock. Please stay away from these people. They are a ripoff and a shame on the name of a business. Had furnace (forced hot air) serviced last fall. Three days later the heard horrible noise. WMS serviceman told me the powervent was demolished and it had nothing to do with the maintenance service they provided 3 days early but was caused by the system. The one time he spoke with them they informed him that he would be arrested the very next day and that the references we used on a cash advance loan would be arrested as well. I ordered refil cartriges for my local printer they were mailed delivery confirmation. I followed this through to the post office which says it was delivered Sat the 3rd of Jan. I was nver notified or attempted, I'm the only one here nobody else got it this isn't the first complaint the other two were checks. I wish the people complaining would include what state or city they are complaining from. To be fair they are not all the same.
