The sales person was very deceiving when explaining the 30-day trial and the agreement she required to be able to participate. I was told I had to pay a $49.95 deposit for the 30-day trial that would be forfeited if I did not work out 12 days out of a 30-day period. I was tied up with universal gas for their promise to lock low gas rate, which is not actually lower but they locked the price to a higher rate. Hi, My whole lawn died because of Chem Lawn. They are TERRIBLE! They had the nerve to try to charge me for three months after the lawn died. Money was taken from my account without my being aware this would happen. I was told on the website that I would be charged a one time fee of $1.99 for a CD that would help me get a grant. After talking with the customer service person who seemed to have no information for me other than I have been charged $58.61 after a seven day trial and $13.42 for an SBA news letter I never recieved in my email, which I had no Idea I was to recieve. I love the manager of this Dunkin Donuts!! She if very sweet!! The donuts and coffee are always very fresh!! The place is always very clean, and all the employees are clean and nice when I go there!! BUT for about 2 weeks in the month of January 2009 she was working without heat...it was in the teens temperture wise. The police department even reported this information for her. Her boss in Williamsburg, Virginia promised to get her a new heater and it never showed up and then he stopped answering her phone calls!!! I tried to call and the phone line appeared dead. I bought a 25 liter plastic drum of Flash Harry, it is a product used for sealing. It was loaded on my vehicle after paying more than a R1100.00 for it. I drove off, at the next stop, I turned right and the drum toppled over. The plasic drum opened and all of the product was spilled into the back of my bakkie. The seal was not broken. In my view, this practice is unacceptable, poor customer service, and a just bad business practice.
