On 9/3/08 Mr. Peng contracted to do the fabrication and installation of my downstairs shower and vanity at my house. He cut the 3rd and 4th granite slabs incorrectly so that my new fabricator cannot install the granite to my upstairs (second) shower. I signed up to do medical transcriptions from home with this company. They made me purchase thier foot pedal for transcriptions which was quite expensive. I am a associate at dollar general we had recieved a new store manager and she treats us like crap. I purchased leads from a Mark Ecko at this company. The next week I received only 17 leads of which 13 were disconnected and wrong numbers. The other 4 are questionable. I need to complain about this company because they are making so much money off of people, and do not provide a sufficient or half way decent service. I had registered to volunteer abroad as a nurse. Two days later a family emegency came up and I will not be able to keep my committment on March 15, 2009. I emailed and requested a refund and was denied. in the literature it was stated that you could get a full refund as long as you requested one 60 days prior to your departure date. I signed up 55 days before my departure date. There was nothing in the literature about a refund on a reg istration if you registered 55 days AHEAD of departure. Hey, to all I had a similar situation with chase because our House insurance went up maybe 200 dollars and they told us if we didn't pay 1200 dollars our mortgage payment would go up. We didn't understand exactly whey it was soo much money for a 200 amount raise on our insurance. our house mortgage is supposed to be payed yearly and chase if paying it monthly making us pay monthly service charges.
