I'm a former employee of this company. I used to work minimum 10-15 hour days for this company and was only compensated for 8 (if i mad any money at all that is). They would require us to come to meetings and if you were a leader or above position wise you were also required to stay late waiting for them to get done with their interviews and get everything ready for the next day. all without compensation. OTC tools, automotive diagnostic scanner. OTC is making false claims regarding data coverage of software. Scan tool does not cover advertised claims and OTC will not stand behind product and refuses to respond to all e-mail attempts. OTCs products are substandard imitations and company lacks enough integrity to respond to complaints. The OTC scan tool is a Genisys model. The scan tool is unable to communicate with vehicles that are listed in its coverage range. I recebntly purchased this cookware and have never been so disappointed. This cookware claims to be non stick hard anodized and I don't know about other boxes but mine stunk. For the last month I have been trying to communicate with my husband via phone. The local facility he is incarserated in uses Global Telink. The problem is that sometimes they except my credit card and sometimes they decline it, my bank sees NO problem with my card and I use it for other purposes all the time. When I call their customer help line it either puts me on a call back list and NEVER returns my calls or they say their experiencing high call volume and instructs me to try my call later then hangs up!!! I called Sears for repair service on two garage door openers still under warranty. They scheduled appointment for Fridad 2/20/09 They made me wait all day and never showed up. This company has a very poor return policy and their customer service department ranks as one of the lowest I have come across. All communication is conducted without names and they will not let you talk to speak with anyone. I would not recommend this company and would ask anyone looking to by snow chains for their car/SUV to look somewhere else. SCC Chains is a much better company to deal with (I spoke with them as well and they always seemed to be ready to help) and will give them my business in the future. Be very careful when conductong business with Bottone Masonry. We paid the contractor a deposit to purchase materials to begin a job. Contractor had holes dug, but never came back to finish the job. We had to pay a second contractor to finish the job. Phone calls never returned, contractor ignored complaint placed with the Better Business Bureau.
