I am willing to provide my bill which shows clearly that they overcharged me big time during the month of december. I called ambit which told me that they were not incharge of that system that it was ONCORE I told them that I would like for them to check it and they said that they would charge me 25 bucks to check it. I took my vehicle into toyota on october 31, 2009 for servicing. Since they were going to have my vehicle for several hours they told me that they would pay for a rental vehicle from the hertz dealership on site so I could run my errands while they were working on my vehicle. I worked at Elgin for less then 3 months before they fired me. This company told me that family came first...i did not think they were talking about there own family not mine. The owner seems to have no skills in running a business, no regard for customer service and proves to be completely incompetent with her entire operations.
