I ordered their frog-o-sphere and all I received was a plastic tank, some gravel and a bamboo plant. I have waited three weeks and called customer service FOUR times. Each time, they say there is nothing they or I can do, no one I can talk to and that I should just wait another two days and hope for the best. My Mother died Nov. 13th, 2009 under the impression her life insurance would pay . She had paid 8 years but it is for 10. Mom was Bi-Polar and lost track of finance sometime. In the last 6.5 weeks my apartment has been flooded twice. 1) One week prior to Thanksgiving a hot water heater explodes and ended up flooding my closet and 2/3 of my bedroom. At 12 midnight I notified maintenance man and he claimed nothing was wrong.
