When I first got hired for the Co. I they offered direct deposit. I illed out the paper work and started to have my payroll checks deposited. They pay biweekly. The last 3 months the Co. has not diresct deposited my checks on time. I've been a customer of truecredit since 2002. Today, I learned that they had significantly change my service without first notifying me. In my view, this practice is unacceptable, poor customer service, and a just bad business practice. The service I originally had with the company allowed me access to all 3-credit reports (TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax) and credit scores at anytime and as often as I wished, with only one monthly charge. i got a $500 gas redemption from the dealership for the purchase of gas each month. All i had to do was submit my receipts for $100 each month from a gas station I was to select. I would then get a voucher back each month for $25. So far I have submitted the receipts for my gas purchases but I have yet to receive one dime from them. I attended an auction conducted by Fred Bush back in 2000 or 2001, to participate in the auction a $300 deposit was required, which I paid. Here is my experience with them - I will never buy from Sam Ash again due to their horrible packing and customer service. I received 6 orders so far that were not packed with any protective materials or it was just set on top and the equipment was smashed at the bottom of the box. I have worked for this company for 16 months. The owner is female and her husband is also part owner. They are going through a nasty divorce. Hi. I've been getting, "non-movement of vehicle" notices on my car for some time. Sometimes, I'll get these notices even after just 12 hours of non-movement. I ordered the PassionUp e card serices by mailing in a check as opossed to using my credit card online. I never use mt credit card online because of possible scammers. I have a canceled check to how the PassionUp company cashed my yearly service check but never supplied me with any service.
