I just got a perm on 01/04/09 and the stylist started to give me a perm without washing my hair first. When I told her about it she said she forgot if she was to was it before or after the perm. I thought people might be wondering why no one has really sued this guy for all that he has done, I will explain. My husband and I have been in the process of trying to sue Randy since we found out our building was condemned April of 2008. This company advertizes a years worth of cell phone lookups for 39.99. I bought it and they charged my credit card 48.99, and gave me information I could have gotten for free. They give you one cell phone with address trace for that amount and unlimited access for a year. The trace gave me wrong information, and the unlimited access directed you to other (free ) websites.
