Bought an over the sink shelf and it came BROKEN, I did not ask them to replace it and they sent it anyways. Fed ex left it outside and I was not able to refuse delivery. Second item was a queen size feather comforter pad. They sent me a twin although I specifically put in the number that was indicated in the magazine for a queen. They would not pay to ship it back. On Wednesday 14 Jan 09 I went to the RentaCenter located on Campbellton Rd here in Atlanta.
