I had bought the APC home inverter BI800I with 2 years warranty on inverter and battery. However for last 2 months the battery was giving negligible backup and now the inverter had been shut down for last 15 days. the inverter fan is also making a lot of noise when running. I brought this to the notice of service engineer but he dusted the fan and the problem was not rectified. On the out of africa website it tells you that the admissions and ticketing area closes at 4pm. What it doesnt tell you is how rude and dismissive the staff AND management is at the admissions booth. After driving over 2 a half hours (one hour stuck in traffic) we arrived at 3:11 pm. This company is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. The day they were suppose to pick up our belongings they showed up 6 hours late.
