The State Bar of AZ "Client Protection Fund" is a "farce". My claim met all criteria and was "denied". Requested re-evaluation and sent in more proof attorney did not earn the money I paid and still "denied" and "closed" no further action that I can take. I own a small retail store and mistakenly changed my merchant account to X-Charge because is was offered as part of my point of sale software. This was a huge mistake! In over 10 years with my bank, I never had any problems processing credit cards. Now with X-Charge my customers routinely complain that they have been double or triple charged for the same merchandise! They will promise you the world before you sign up with them, but most likely they will under-deliver (literally and figuratively). If you really must go with them, you have to make sure you get their approximate delivery dates in writing. I didn't, and because I wasn't available to take possession of my belongings on a day well beyond the day and time they'd promised to deliver them, they made me pay an unnecessary storage charge. First and most importantly ... Eagle Windows are top quality and a very fine product! The selling/servicing company, Eagle Windows and Doors of Austin, is horrible to deal with. Eagle windows are top-end, expensive windows. From the beginning, the sales rep we worked with who has been with the company for years, was at the very least incompetent making a huge mistake that cost him dearly to correct. The store was unbelievably disgusting. It had a nauseating smell to it. There were two dishes on a table full of rotten something! There was a dead, decaying mouse in the restroom and there were flies all over all the fruit they were selling! We ordered fruit from them online and never recieved it even though we had already been charged for it! We drove an hour from our house to confront them about it because they had their phone off the hook. We tried calling them for a month! Like many other people, i found out i have been conned by these people at OHN, whatever their real names are. Their website, that gave me access to my 'back office' has been inaccessible since last Sunday. No reference of this hotfiremail, so cannot logged in to my amazon associates account. No reply on their phone lines, no matter where you call. Instead they have preferred to disconnect my line, since I have not paid the bill. Ever since the installation of my Reliance telephone one month ago the instrument keeps switching off. I have made 21 complaints regarding the same to the customer complaints centre (*333) They have kept on assuring me that the complaint will be rectified within 12 hours but nothing has been done till date. Now the customer care executives are telling me to tke the instrument to their service centre (22 KMs away from my house) as it is out of their hands. The supervisors are refusing to take my call. In my opinion, be extremely cautious when dealing with Warner & Decaire Liquidation Consultants (head office located in Pembroke, Ontario). I ordered metal gondola shelving and other store items and it has been a nightmare dealing with the owner for incorrect items being delivered, poor quality, delivery issues, getting updates from company, invoicing, credit items, and other complaint issues. chinavasion sells cheep crap and the unlocked phone is garbage. In order for European tel providers to hook up they must know the brand name of the telephone. There is no brand name for the telephone and was unable to activate phone. Their tech support is second rate as he could not identify which phone was similar. they suggested that I sell the phone to someone else. If you are buying a cell phone, I'll sell mine for pennies. The servers do experience uptime more often than not (which is not saying much), but when they went down recently (mid-June 2010), they stayed down for a good week. And though the servers are back up, there are still issues with their configuration (as of late June). And you can forget about trying to contact someone at the company via phone or support ticket about any issues you may have, servers or otherwise. I paid the owner of the company for a new liner for my pool as well as a new pump and filter and installation of the items. Several weeks after it was installed I noticed the pump was not working properly. I called the owner and left messages everyday for 3 days on the owners phone and he did not return my calls. I then had to hire another company to check the pump and advise me what was wrong with it because it is not sanitary to leave water in the pool without a working pump or filter. RTACabinetStore.com has their white bathroom vanities listed as "solid wood frame". My vanity arrived broken exposing it as particle board, which is not what I had ordered. I requested a refund which I was told by customer service rep, Jonelle, I would be recieving. However, Gary Nealon, the manager has denied my refund request and is requesting my pay to ship back the item at my cost. I should not have to pay to ship back something I did not order. Recently I placed 2 orders on toysrus.com. One on july 5th and one on july 7th. both orders were submitted before the daily deadline for processing. According to their website the processing time for each order was 1-2 business days. A CSR told me that each order should be packed the day it's ordered and shipped the following day. The first order (placed on July 5th) was not shipped until the end of the day on the 8th. The second order(placed on July 7th) as of now has not shipped. When I ordered the part and paid with my credit, it showed up in my bank account, but I never received a confirmation from Breville. 4 days later they said they never received the order. I have visited Germany in April for that I have taken two post paid SIMs from Clay Telecom by keeping Rs. 5000/- advance cheque & 5000/- by blocking Cr. card, after returning on 21st April 2010 I sent the SIMs to clay for billing (as per their instruction) they sent me Bills for Rs. 3616 accordingly I instructed them to take payment from my advance cheque & return balance amount by cheque, also unblock my cr card. I was on hold for 25 minutes and the customer service department was not able to help me with my simple request! When I asked to speak to a manage they just put me on hold and I hung up after waiting 25 minutes! This company is a scam and I sure hope someone somewhere out there can do somthing about shady people like this!
