I have been trying to get a logo design from LOGOSHARX since August (it is now November 7th). Each round of revisions has taken 2-3 weeks, even for small changes. On September 28th, I requested some specific changes - color, outlines of letters. THREE WEEKS LATER, I was sent revisions that did NOT reflect my requests. The company states that the logo design package I have chosen has 5 designers working on it. If that is the case, why does it take a MINIMUM of five days to update a phone number? Further, the company states that the printing of my business cards, letterhead, and envelopes will take 4-6 weeks. Why is it that Logosharx takes 4-6 weeks, when the rest of the industry takes 1-2 weeks? read full review »

In a nutshell, www.ikeepall.com sells fake, replica bags, watches, accessories, etc. their site looks good and they are good at getting back t you if you want to buy something. then they say they have a 100% satisfaction guarentee and also that they take returns no problem. However, if you item comes and you want to return it, they will not honor their own return policy. I received an item that was clearly damaged and all I wanted was for them to exchange with one that was not damaged. They refused. This company called us on 4/23/2010 telling us we owed them for 2 years of previous advertising. As we were under new management as of 1/1/2010, I directed them to the previous owner for collection, and made sure any further advertising was cancelled going forward (received cancellation code MMU5070788). After verifying some business information, the call ended and all seemed fine. I bought the IOMEGA SCREENPLAY PLUS USB 2.0/AV/HDMI, 1TB MULTIMEDIA DRIVE. When I connected it it did not have a 1TB disk space as advertised on all Iomega pages and all the retailer pages. The disk space was merely 930 GB. When I addressed this to Iomega support they kept sending me the same link on their site trying to "explain" how to read the disk space. I think it is absolutely wrong the way Michael's distributes its sales coupons. You either receive the flyer in the blue bags if you're lucky (which they don't get delivered where I live just outside Moncton), or you have to print one out. Daily morning 7.15 or 7.20 i will catch the bus in avadi bus ( 27H ). some of the college student are make irritating to the girls( falling and touching ) and public (singing songs and scolding the people). This company is a rip off and they threaten and intimidate you to paying them more money for moving. The owner's name is George and his staff are bullies. They worked 1.5 hrs and demanded $500 or they were going to throw my furniture away. The owner even lied to the police!! I needed mobile internet and heard about The Overdrive from Sprint. I was told in the Sprint Store by a rep and a manager that for 59.99 I had unlimited data. I explained to them that I am an outside sales rep and would need to use this around the city. They said it should work great and I have 30 day trial period. I can bring it back for any reason no problems! Well While on a business call my phone shuts off. After borrowing a co-workers phone to conduct business. Where do I start?... I started noticing problems every night with my DSL speed and ping... so I ran some tests at SpeedTest.net, proving to be true... I pay for 10 megs, but every night at about 9pm and ending around 12pm, the speed drops from 9+mbps down to sometimes below 1mbps... I bought several "MR. AFRICA, MR. MIDDLE EAST" phone cards to call Ethiopia. The automated voice tells me I have 4o minutes but after 21 minutes, the phone gets disconnected. I thought it was just a simple error and used the other cards I had. Same issue. One of their cards only gave me 17 minutes while promising 40 minutes. I called the custumer representative about this issue and they ended hanging up on me. When I called back, they hung on me again. i called back to speak to a manager and they continued to hang up on my calls. What kind of custumer service is that?! I ordered the BarkOff "system" at supposedly buy one, get one free (just pay separate shipping). Buyer beware! When ordering on the website, it has a quantity button. When it says 1, it actually means you are getting 2 (the BOGO deal), if you don't realize that and you change the quantity, like I did, then you will actually order 4 barkoff's. I will never go to Little Dealer RV in Deer Valley again, and after explaining this experience I had with their Service MANAGER at this location (apparently within the company it is not a surprise that he is a rude and difficult person). This causes me to wonder about the entire management of the company. And, he was not only rude, he was unable to accurately test a deep cycle battery – this is the manager of the service department. Purchased Amore Bay in Mid April. Starting getting a high level heat sensor error. The dealer has replaced the sensor probe three times, the circulation pump twice and the Control panel. They have no idea why the error will not go away. They have been in touch several times with the D1 tech department and still no solution. You can't get in touch with anyone at D1. You send emails they go without a response. We have paid good money for a spa that we can't use. I would not recommend D1 to anyone. We are going to pursue legal action under the warranty to have the entire spa replaced. read full review »

On 6/29/2010, I ordered as set of 2 Zimmerman brake discs, and a set of 2 brake pads from by phone from Car Parts warehouse. It was confirmed by the sales agent that the parts were for my car and that BOTH brake discs and brake pads are sold in SETS OF 2. I received my order on 7/1/10. This company stated 2-3 weeks for delivery it has now been 7 weeks and today I called about the order and it was just sent out and should be here within 7-10 days. I tried to have my mixer repaired by Jean from ambient equipment repair. I was originally quoted $200 and 3 days to fix it. It has now been over 30 days and he showed up with over bill for over $1000 for un-authorized and unneeded repairs. I was not willing to pay his over inflated bill and tried to work with him with what i felt to be a more reasonable amount. so he then proceed to say "F### it" i am outta here and STOLE my mixer and then hit me with his van on the way out. I placed an order from Magnimoist and paid with PayPal on May 5, 2010. After several days of not receiving my order, and to make a long story short: I called several times, left messages, e-mailed and faxed and never received a single answer. I had to open a "Dispute" with PayPal to recover my money. On June 9, 2010 PayPal reversed the transaction. I am not the only one with this experience. A salesman came to my door and was going nuts cleaning everything in site from my driveway to my stovetop. My friend and I decided to buy 2 gallons of this product for $130.00. After purchasing the product and talking about it to some other people we learned of the ProTek Scam. Whether or not it is a scam I immediately called and cancelled my order. I am an existing user of Tata Indicomm. Over the last 3 weeks, there service has been disrupted more than 4 times. Every time there service gets disrupted, it takes more than 4 days for the same to be rectified. Also, they are always late by a day to come to your place and rectify your complaint. Listen to the complaints on here, that is all I have to say. Without recounting all of the issues I faced, the most basic were: The company missed every possible deadline, was impossible to get hold of, and changed the terms of the contract. Finally, they ended up saying the truck weighed significantly more than they had estimated. I didn't trust them, so I had them re-weigh it on delivery. The unit I bought is a H2O Fitness PhysioTrainer UBE. The S.O. No. 11546. The P.O. No. DS-0773148. The other discription for this unit is [9506.91.10.11] Upper Body Ergometer for Excercise. The question I have is does this unit have tension when using in the reverse cycle?
