I initiated cellular service with Consumer Cellular. On 7-9-2010 I received two Motorola EM330 cell phones. On 7-12 one phone locked up. Upon advice, I removed the battery to reboot the phone. I am one of the only female drivers working at this store and I am being discriminated against by my employer. My hours have been cut down from 20 hours a week to 7 hours a week to facilitate male preference in scheduling drivers. I have been asking for more hours as a driver for months. I'm on my 3rd Intex pool in 6 years. None of them have ever wear well and not only is their quality poor, their company's Customer Service Dept. is inept and purposefully obtuse. I bought the Nokia Handset from Shoprite. I am facing problems with the Audio (Telephone) quality. Signed up for their web site services, used it for a year, determined it was not effective for my business and sent a cancellation notice. Advised I missed the "automatic renewal" by 3 days so I have to pay them for another year. There is no benefit provided for an annual renewal. Even though the web site shows "monthly plans available" that is not what they mean. I took the delivery of the Vehicle Scorpio SLX from their workshop on 14th August 2006. With theri help took HDFC car loan of 7L at an interest of 8.5%. Till now I have not received any Invoice, REgistration Papers of the CAR. I have only been given the Road permit and the Insurance copy. Also the EMI was for 54 months, and was to be deducted monthly as ECS scheme. They have deducted an Advance EMI of 46950/- which was never to be done.
