Terrible customer service- My spouse & I spend a total of 8.5 hours within a week speacking to more than 15 customer service reps to order Satelite TV. We even got many confirmation numbers and appointments for a technician to come to our apartment & install the television for us. Only every time no one shows up and after spending hours on the phone again, they tell us there is no record of our orders!! and the order confirmation numbers we had were not on system(bell computer error). I recharged my MTS BLAZE number 9136952176 on MAY 05, 2010 with INR 3150/- I have the proof of recharging it with the amount INR 3150. According to plan I was supposed to get 30 GB of data downlaod with three months validity. When I checked the balance it was 18 GB only. I had applied for broadband connection of reliance and gave installtion charges by cheque(no-009625) of uti bank, but next day i had been informed that due to some technical problem they are not able to provide me this connection, they have no availability in my locality. i told the person to returned my cheque and documents back to me. but he didnt give it to me. and on 20/11/2006 cheque came in my account and bounce due to unsufficient fund, i was not aware that they will diposit this cheque. so this is very irresponsible behaviour from the company. Just wondering is anyone else has had issues with Power Seller College. I emailed for information and about 5 minutes later someone called and recruited me to join. After signing up, I was immediately enrolled in classes. Then the classes have you logging in everyday to complete work. I ordered skates from them selecting UPS 2 Day Air Express Shipping in the amount of $33.12. They shipped the skates UPS Ground, which was at a cost of approx $14.20. I asked them for a refund in shipping charges since they shipped it via a different, cheaper method and they refuse to refund the difference in shipping since I "Still got them in 2 days".
