Owned the Zerowater (sold at Target)purifier for three months. Expensive initially and purifiers are twice what others sell for. Touted as cleanest water purifier. Box says purifier should last 2-3 months. Our lasts a month. When purifier needs changing, the water in the pitcher tastes terrible has to be tossed, unlike other purifiers. Human First INC, they are so called Human rights group. Not so when their workers leave notes at my door and bothers me, acting like they are some sort of officers of the law. Their job is so boring that their workers thinks they are all that big. Avoid these people. I think the website has extremely poor customer service. I ordered something and payed for priority shipping (3-5 business days as it was listed) and received it 7 business days later (2 days after I needed it). I called and left a voicemail to speak to a representative about this and never got a call back. I called again, 6 days later and the person could not have been more rude. They did nothing to try to fix the situation. There are plenty of websites out there and this is not one that deserves any business! I turned to NetSmartz.net to restore my online reputation and they said they could help if I pay them $5, 000 per month for 3 months. They said they could delete those links but I still see them in Google or Yahoo. Net Smartz don’t do anything to help you. We special ordered 6 24x80 doors and 3-30x80 doors from Menards in Moline, Il. We were told the doors would be in in 7-10 days. They would send a card in the mail when they arrived. Surprise no card, After 14 days we called to check on them and were told they had been there for a week.We went and picked them up, got them home and they didn't fit. When you order 24 inch doors that is what you expect to get but I guess Mastercfaft doors doesn't see it that way. They think 23.5 inches is 24. Guess I will look elsewhere . read full review »

My family has been without a refrigerator for about 2 months. Efforts to repair the refrigerator by Brandsmart can best be described as ridiculous. They have a very poor record as a company BBB has given them an F rating with over 24 complaints. They use high pressure sales people and do a water test that i believe is bogus in order to scare you into purchasing their over priced filtration system. I ordered some electronics from a company that I found on Alibaba product sourcing website. Shanghai Yilang electronics Trade CO. The items where paid for and the company never sent the products.They even went as far as giving me a fake Tracking number to show they shipped the items, and here it is two months later and still no products. Alibaba suspended their contract with shanghai Yilang Trade but that does not help me with trying to recover my money that they kept. Paid $4750.00 for a real estate course. I have been trying to get a refund because I am unable to use the program. I purchased it on 08/12/09. After 4 days I began calling them emailing them asking for someone to call me because I did not think I would have the time to do what it was going to take to be sucessful. On April 30, 2009, I purchased a bag of Quakers Rice Snacks that are on sale. Today, I started eating some of my snacks and come to find out that they expired on June 4, 2008. I had a TOM-TOM 720 GPS in fact this is the third device and the first two were also defective but I was able to return them to Sam's club. The reason the third was not was because they did not carry that make anymore. Second time I have used this company and even though they advertise to be the cheapest data recovery company in the UK and give you a money back guarantee they are nothing of the sort. Both cases were very diffrerent and was charged the same amount and even though they quote you prices excluding VAT they charge you VAT on top claiming that it says so on their websites. I ordered a Blueant Z9I bluetooth headset from BUY.COM. When I received it, it came from one of their Marketplace sellers, OEM Cellution.
