I contacted the BBB in Florida and they have had numerous complaints against them and they have not answered NOT ONE of the complaints. PayPal have to be the most unethical corportate monstere on the net. Along with Ebay their merchandising arm they absolutely walk over the smaller companies. I started drop shipping and had 6 clients that paid via PP. The money was in the account, I sent the goods. A day or two later the account was frozen and payment reversed to a scam artist that claimed false ID used on Ebay. I am currently going through the police to try and recover my money. He will be charged. I ordered some items from this supplier on 27th Sep 2006. They gave me a tracking number for ems.com.cn one day after. Its now been close to 3 weeks and the tracking number still remains as a NON-STATUS on that website. Calls to EMS has resulted in them telling me there's no such tracking number on hand. I recently order some sunglasses and 3 watches from fine-mall.com.When the order arrived, I only received 1 on the watches that I ordered, another one that was substituted and the 3rd did not arrived at all. when contacted, only thru email, they refused to give me a refund on the substitution, and said that they would send the 3rd watch on my next order - like I was going to order from them again. We ordered $12, 000 in replacement windows, paying $3500 deposit in March 2007. After considerable delays they finally came and did measurements last week of April. Since then frequent attempts to contact the owner have met with no response. Becoming suspicious we contacted Sunrise Windows and learned that Prime Seal have been an INACTIVE customer with them for at least 8 months. Offerwire ripped me off! I ordered a D-Link wireless router and modem from Comcast THROUGH Offerwire. First, the wirless router is a piece of JUNK! My laptop was buffering every video and my download speeds were horrible. After a couple of days trouble shooting with Comcast, I ended up giving it away and buying a Linksys Wireless-G (amazing). Indian man with Indian supervisor claim to be from fix-mycomputer in Hurst, TX (3417 Bear Creek Dr.) call claiming Microsoft sends them all the error reports off your PC. They claim that even if you click "Do Not Sent" that the error info is sent to Microsoft and forwarded to them as they claim they are subcontractors with Microsoft. Verizon 4G Retail Store sold me a used phone when I paid for a brand new phone. They never said it was used. I have been a Verizon Customer for almost 10 years. I ordered 25 4GB ipods on April 1st. I received 5 fake ipods about 4-5 weeks later. They finally recalled these and since be promising all along that mine are 'being shipped'. I paid with credit card on Paypal and have since filed a claim with my credit card, since Paypal only allows 45 days. Credit card allows 60. These were being shipping and in customs 3 weeks ago. Does anyone know if there are any honest Nigerians? They come on so nice and sweet, giving a gift to friends or family and bam they try to scam you out of your merchandise without giving a real payment. I purchased jewelry off of Bidz.com, one ring I sold on Ebay, as soon as I sold it the stone fell out. Also, I sold two more diamond gold rings on Ebay. The man took them to Macy's to test their quality. I described them exactly as Bidz did in their auction.
