We have spent more than $7, 500.00 with this company and have yet to have a reasonable experience with them. Incomplete paint, parts which do not fit into each other, Promises which are simply ignored (They promised an anodized finish but supplied a painted one), wrong tracking numbers, bad attitudes ("How should I know where your order is?"), and now, wrong size poles (87.5" poles which they admit should have been 93"). My A/C unit needed to be replaced, after several proposals from A/C companies I decided to choose Iernas due to their price and proposed value. My house was supposed to be steamcleaned last weekend between the old tenants moving out on Friday and my housemate and I moving in on Monday. If you plan to hire a mover, do not hire this company. They will not disclose to you any of their extra fees until after they have loaded your items to their truck. Even when you asked prior to the move, they will never mention it. They will lure you in with their low rate of $70/hr for 3 men. Then they will charge you ridiculous fees for boxes and wrapping and whatever they can think of.
