They feel free to take any credits you've accumulated and are arrogant, uncaring and unprofessional if you try to communicate with them. They want you to refer people to their site, but if you refer a lot of people (as I did), they will flag your account and steal your credits. Evony otherwise known as civony is a web based or browser based MMORPG with a little RPG real time strategy thrown in for good measure. I ordered a surround sound system online, and it was delivered by UPS. I have requested a phone call 15 minutes before they arrive at my house so I can be there to receive it and let them pick up the other pkg that this one was replacing! the delivery guy, dropped it at my front door (it's a $900 system with the picture on the front), the box was all banged up and tore up.
