Ashton Woods Homes has misrepresented their product to us and other homeowners in the Thornhill subdivision in Orlando Florida since its inception one year ago. Today on 3-10-07 the installers came to put it in but left telling us they couldn't find the drainage hose long enoughtto hook it into our pipe. I bought a car from Aloias Folsom Lake Nissan in July of 2006. After some haggling, we came to an agreement on a price with gap coverage and a bumper to bumper extended warranty. We built a new house 2 years, 3 months ago and installed General Aluminum single hung series 5000-5300 windows. We purchased them from National Home Center in Russellville, Arkansas. We purchased a GE microwave from Jessup's in January. We paid their installers $85 to install it in the space above the stove where the previous microwave had been. Approximately 3 weeks later, while we were away, the microwave fell from its mounting, landing face down on the stove top. I had a RAW SEWAGE backup in my basement from a blockage on the street via MSD. The pitiful response I got from the IDS Restoration Company was very disappointing after MSD all but insisted I utilize THEIR clean-up crews! I bought the software restorer 2000 from bitmart ( www.bitmart.com) and it does not perform the function it is advertised to - absurd, really, but there you go. Second life, The virtual world has several issues dealing with bugs that can cost there paying members money, however thay refuse to resolve these bugs. I bought the 'Revlon Expert Effect Nail Clip' at Target. They're touted as having an easy grip that won't slip. That part is fine - but unfortunately, they won't cut either! We bought a Jacuzzi spa two years ago because we believed it was a quality product. Over the past three months we have experienced two serious leaks, which resulted in the spa being out of service for three months. I have emailed Jacuzzi twice, but have received no response. The local service company doing the warranty work does not seem to be at all concerned about the quality issues. We are very unhappy with both the lack of quality of the product and Jacuzzi's obvious lack of concern over customer satisfaction. We were sold a sigma camera lens from this shop. The sales person had a high priced sticker for this item and led us to believe it was a better lens than the cannon lens. The price was close to $400.00. We came home and found out the lens was priced from $120.00 to $165.00. We were first deceived and misled and. I ordered a pool table from pooltables-direct.com February 2nd over the phone. I asked the young man who took my order about colors, telling him we have oak in our home. He suggested chestnut stain would go with oak, that it would "bring out the grain in the wood nicely."
