They had wrong address, as soon as order went through I noticed they had my old address. So I was given the opportunity to put in that change with the order, so I emailed them giving my new address telling them I had moved. I love to buy clothes from NY and Company. I love to shop online almost as much. My complaint stems from their offers of discounts for purchasing a certain amount, etc. This is the 2nd time the website didn't accept the special code I was asked for and emails and calls to the company have proved fruitless. I am very disappointed with the billing department at Shideler Dermitology. When I first went to this dermitology office in 2007, I never had any problems with the billing department. I think this office outsourced their billing service to some other group, because we have to call a 1-866 number for billing concerns. I would like to advise the public not to use the services of Tender Dental and Tender Oral Surgery. I had oral surgery and did not receive adequate pain management, and when I had problems they would not let me come in to see the doctor. Bought and installed the product. Didn't work when I loaded my company files. Requested support through the web site, per instructions in the box. I purchased .75 inch circle labels from sheet-labels.com. The labels were completely cut wrong on the sheet, they were not set up correctly and the columns were off, the margins were off. They are crooked from top to bottom which made it impossible to print. They also advertised lay flat guess what NOT LAY FLAT. I contacted the company and NO RESPONSE. After owning the GE model GXSV65F Water Filtration System for a couple years, I attempted to fix the dripping faucet. As with most anything, I don't have a problem understanding that things wear out over time and are in need of replacement parts. Seeking a tourist visa I had yet another racist and repelling encounter at the from the German Consulate in Los Angeles. The tone of the workers at the consulate was harsh and condescending. On 7/29/08, Mr. Boyer the owner sent a hateful young worker who left everything dirty with tar on the floor. With his tarred hands, he left his marks on the new plumbing fixtures, two bathroom doors, and toilet cover. He deliberately scraped the new shower head neck (chrome pipe). He dented the bathroom doors and peeled off the paint from one of the doors while trying to remove the tar.
