I have been billed for months colse to a year by a place called I marketing leader. I Signed up for a newsletter with them for $1 They never sent one at all. However the name I signed up for the newletter was not with is not the name that is on my CC Statement, so not being able to reach either, I didn't put the 2 together. So I have received absolutely nothing, for which I spent $1 for a newsletter and they have been charging for almost a year between 35 & 38 Dollars each and every month. We had these windows installed in our new home less than a year ago, they leak, are drafting, falling apart and warping. We conctacted there unfriendly, very rude customer service out of New Jersey and got no where. We have had to chaulk our windows shut to stop any further water damage to our walls, wood floors and or carpet. My parents wanted to purchase a walk in bathtub from Premier Bathrooms U.S.A., Inc. They paid a deposit of $3000.00. They decided to cancel the order. They notified the company and their salesperson, requesting their deposit be refunded. I have had the service for 7 months, they ran a special for black friday to add 5 years to the service for 59.95. I paid, but only received 4 years, after hours on chat session with 4 people that can't add, I got nowhere. They say that I was getting the 5 year plan, but it only added 4.
