Signed up for Digitel Plan Bida 1232 with Bandwith of 832Kbps. I am a retired networking specialist so I always keep a check through my router to see what the company is doing to my speed settings. Every month they drop my speed lower, I call a friend at the company to complain, who chews them out over it, and they straighten it out for a couple of weeks then they set me right back to a lower speed again. Broad Financial Services is a scam if you look very closely at the checks they are printed on voided paper. Beware do not try to cah these checks. The account that they are supposedly drawn off of is a closed account. I ordered shoes and stocking online from the DIMOUT website in May. On DimOUt website it didn't mention anything of not being able to ship to APO address. DimOut just recently updated their website when they charged my credit card, held my oder for 3 months. Really great customer care- I looked online for a florist for flowers for the funeral and came across www.bloomex.ca in Winnipeg. My grandfather passed away 2 days prior. I should have known better, but I was seduced by the Google name in believing that it was legitimate. Pay 4.95 for shipping and handling to receive CD for GOOGLE on line to make money for GOOGLE. Verizon support is non existant! Since I started with their "triple play" service, I have had problems. Two business telephone lines do not work. THE SERVICE ITSELF: In fairness to the company, I have their router box, and my phone works. If everthing was just as all the original agreements we made, this deal would be STELLAR.
