We live in a rural part of the state that provides no other internet connectivity, and have been stuck with DirecWay's being swallowed by Hughes.net. Without appropriate notification, Hughes.net enabled what they call a Fair Access Policy, but there is nothing fair about it. I had been time warner cable customer for last 4 years. Since beginning of this year, my internet would just get disconnected for no reason for weeks at end. I called the service and they sent someone out and found out that my main cable line was disconncted from the box which only time warner people had access to. I recently had family pictures made. When we were taking the pictures, the photographer kept stopping to wait on customers that came to the cash register. Our daughter was in from out of state so we only had that day to take pictures. We were offended that we were interrupted so often. She also didn't know how to pose us. Bus: bus 2200, route 7E, 2:30 at Fairview Mall to Charles St, on Sept 19, 08. This extremely unprofessional white beard mid-age white bus driver; he has some serious anger management issues. He was yelling at the customers at almost every stops the whole way through. There were not that many people on the bus, he didn't have to rise his voice or SWORE on the bus. First they said it was a "free" card with a months "free" service. It cost me $115 upfront just to sign up online. Then there was the shock of the debit on my bank account 5 days before it was due. That caused overdraft fees of over $100 by the time I figured it out. These people withdrew 29.90 from my card without being authorized to do so... when i called to find out who they are or what it was for i was told when i viewed my "free credit report" i was automatically signed up for a recurring monthly charge. I tried to explain to these people that i never viewed my free credit report they said "oh well" we cant give you your money back because we dont have access to your credit card, funy they had access to with draw money but not to put it back. Pifers Towing of Mineralwells West Virginia was called by Wood County Sherrifs dept. to tow my truck for a bumper height violation. I had requested that Rocky's be called and not Pifers. Guardian Security will trick you into a 3 yr Contract. They will tell you, that the contract is for 1 year, turns out, that if you don't read, its 3 YRS!!! I tried canceling because I have Vonage as a phone service, instead of a land line. To cancel they are charging me over $1400 for the equipment. That is insane! I told them they can have it back. Aaron lied by making promises that they did not keep. When their representative came to assess our move and give us a quote, he told us that all of our furnishings would be shrink wrapped. Nothing was shrink wrapped, resulting in the damage of a 60" Sony television. Instead of paying for it, they are saying that as far as they know, the set was broken when they picked it up. Do not buy from Dakmart, they have sent me B stock in the past and my last purchase was DOA. they will not answer questions unless you file a complaint against them then they are rude and sarcastic. Their shipping is inflated, their invoice on the box does not match what you paid. Stay away fro Dakmart, complain to the FTC and USPS Fraud Dept if the use USPS. Make sure you file with Paypal if you use Paypal. I have never has so much sarcasms from one company. Slow shipping i order a lot of parts on the Internet and this company is the slowest. Don't believe it check out there tracking page. It takes ten days before you can track your order and then they say up to three days to respond to your request. Do not order from this company.
