HLL Auto Express Transport
Quoted $1995.00 to moved my car from Maui to Texas. Car arrived and driver demanded more money then quoted. Called HLL and then said they would give me the $150 back. I was forced to pay the driver $150 more cash just to get my car. He would not release the car until then. We waited alomost two hours to get a hold of HLL and still I was made to pay more. I was very uncertain they would pay it back. I dicussed this concern with them right then. Still have not received credit back. It's been three months. I have emailed over and over giving them chances to follow through. Filed a complaint with BBB and nothing. read full review »

We ran into several problems with Elegant Bridal. The bridesmaid dresses were ordered about a month and a half before the wedding, so we knew that we were pushing the envelope. But, Elizabeth assured us that there certain were dresses that would be ready within just 3 weeks, assuming that we paid the rush delivery fee. So, I paid an extra $20 on all the dresses (which were still $160 apiece) to have them rush delivered, having been assured and reassured that they would arrive within 3 weeks. The other night, I went to pick up my husband from the restaurant he works in. I know all the servers and managers, and I usually go help him roll his silverware, which no one has ever had a problem with before.

I was having my children's photo taken and I asked the photographer, beforehand, if there were any discouts, deals, or promotions. He said no. The next day I find out that there is a current coupon deal for a free 8x10 or 10x14 plus 20% of your order!!! If I had known that I would have driven home and printed it out!!! The Realtors lie about the square foot of all homes they list so they can cheat the customer's. The loss is pretty severe and they should be sued because the buyers have to pay for appraisal which Reece and Nichols will not refund when you find out.

I am Customer of ATT since July 2008. The main reason to select ATT Internet services because in my community there is no other Internet Service provider and only ATT services are availble. After purchasing a Brandsmart Service agreement for my Frigidaire Professional Series refrigerator, I have unfortunately had to make way too many repair calls in the first 24 months after purchase. The product itself should be faulted, but the Brandsmart relationship with the service provider / administrator, a company called Warrantech in Texas, is cumbersome, unresponsive, rigid, and bureaucratic. Bunchesofbooks.com claims they shipped my textbook on August 29. Their email said to expect the book within 4-10 days. Yet, they provided a tracking number that USPS doesn't recognize. I have emailed them 4 times since September 2 and they are ignoring my emails. Yet their web page says that they respond within 1-3 business days.
Since then the USPS website has acknowledged that they have received an on-line notice from bunches of books of an "intention" to ship a book. read full review »

From my experience, I suggest anyone out there DO NOT please DO NOT use Bell for your business phone or internet. You will waste your valuable time from doing your business just to understand the high bills, account mess up, poor customer service, unfair contract (fineprint). Here are some example:

Yellow Transportation
After 4 attempts to gain print confimation of pick-up times and shipment costs I was left with different times, costs, even schedule pick-up dates were different each time I called etc... Yellow did not honor the original quote provided even after I gave them the confirmation number. In addition each time I called the representative gave me different information on my shipment. I purchased from this company a new H700 blue tooth device, they mentioned on their website that they are the only company that sells original new H700 blue tooth.
I can't argue with that especially when they post picture of the original product.
But the truth in reality they bluff you all the way, because the know you wouldn't do nothing about that, the worse case you'll return the product after you wait a week to get it and u will pay the shipping.

I am a very frustrated customer of Whole Foods Store on "P" street NW (Logan Circle), Washington, DC
For the past at least6 months I have been complaining to the management of the store about missing price tags in the produce/fruit section. At least 1/3 of all the items have no price tags, or they are placed so far from the actual item that a customer has to walk all the way around the entire section to find a price tag for the respective item.

Hired Nas Granite on 08/30/2008 to install custom granite kitchen countertops. Paid 50% deposit of $1500.00 with balance due on satisfactory completion of job. Granite installation was supposed to take only a few hours but, due to fabrication mistakes, took several hours over two days. I am writing this complaint against Ontario Human Rights Commission since they have failed to investigate 1000s of filed discrimination cases as they promised. My sales person, Michael Shaw called me from A+ Advisors. He stated that "someone wanted to buy my timeshare". He assured me he would be "with me every step of the way." After reading what I assume was a fake BBB report showing a positive rating, and contracts stating I could have all my money back, paid the $1797. I told Mr Shaw I was a widow with 2 kids and that I didn't have money to throw around. Since they took my money in June, I have emailed, called, emailed, called, and heard NOTHING. I wanted you to know that I went to the Hiranyikara Spa today and had a really terrible experience. Their web site boasted a special promotion for a 4-hour spa treatment and I traveled a good distance to go there to enjoy it. I just came from South Motors VW in Miami Florida and I was treated like garbage.
I spent 6 hours selecting my used VW beetle, negotiating the price, selecting my financing and I even paid for and bound my insurance. I was so frustrated and annoyed by my recent experience at The Bay, I am tempted to cut up my Bay credit card and send it back with my next bill.

That all public service records, background, marriages, divorces, lost relative or friends they guarantee that there site will find what your looking for. I paid $24.95 for unlimited access to their site. Everytime I have plugged in information to be searched it comes back no records exist. I got a phone call and this lady said I could get a $40 gas certificate $1000 grocery certificate for $1.00
for 30 days after the 30 days then I would have to pay$19.95 a month, but if I did't want it just call them and cancel and I wouldn't get charged for it. She asked for my debit card # so they could take out the $1.00 and I gave it to her. It says on its website that you get the deals (in my case comcast double play-internet and cable tv) for 66/month for twelve months. After signing up for service, comcast revealed that they have that deal only for 6 months. When I tried to confront Bridgevine, they told me Comcast has the final say. It sure is a scam to get the people to subscribe to cable and different bundles. So beware of Bridgevine. I have yet to see if they gonna honor that $ 225/ cashback thing. From last 3 months their is being deduction in my balance some times Rs. 20/- or some time Rs.30/- and when asked answer comes you have opted for caller tune services but i had never opted for this type of services.
