I purchased the Simmons mattress in January 2007 at the cost of approximately $3000.00. It was fine for a few months but then the middle because hard and the sides soft... resulting in a mound in the middle and each side slanting outwards. Purchased a garage from them and they did not bring enough trim to finish the building. Said they would bring the needed aluminum the next week. Repeated calls netted a promise several times to being the needed materials and install it, but it never happened. We finally bought the trim from someone else and installed it ourselves. I bought a $900 LV wallet in a LV Las Vegas store in April... by the end of June, the zipper handle finish had flaked off and the zipper itself had turned black... Our company has had a terrible experience with the staff at Maximizer. We have used Maximizer 9 CRM software with great success. We decided to upgrade to a version that would allow us to synchronize our data and we were recommended the Entrepreneur edition by Stanley only to later find out that we will need the Group edition instead. We paid for these additions and as the cost continued to rise and are now finally told that MaxExchange can be "high maintenance" and will require many hours of tech support at 150.00 per hour. I recently bought an Amp from Visonik The 1800watt amp from them that didn't last 2 months The Gain & Bass Control shorted Out!! So i call Costumer service and hears the lowdown, First you have to Fax the receipt! Then you package up the amp, Ship to them your Cost, Third they want you to send in your package a 15 dollar money order for Shipment back to you for there Messed up crap! I have been ripped off by these scam artists. After getting no satisfaction, I instructed my attorney to file a law suit, which we have done. Any one who would like to join us is welcome to. I also contacted a friend who is a Superior Court judge and former US attorney, who advised me to open a case with the FBI, which we plan to do next week. Onesuite has the complete package for prepaid phone services. When I started using Onesuite back in 2002, it only has the basic prepaid phone card services that you can access online. Then a year after that I remember they added a fax to email feature that give subscribers a fax number for only $1 a month and get their fax through their email. So its like a virtual fax machine and no matter where you are, you will get your fax on your email. I spent 44.00 on an item, wore it for about 2 minutes to check fit, realized that it was too big, packaged it up and returned it. The item was barely touched, and all tags were included. Despite that, my refund was just over $23.00. Shipping costs and return shipping fees are not refunded. I've never heard of such a return policy from a mail-order company. I don't expect to shop from the website anymore. I'm a huge fan, but the customer service is terrible. I called ZPDI on 09092008, reference the charges of$39.30 (6 min) on my phone bill . I was told collect calls, no one was home to accept these calls, I have had collect call block for years, with all the scams from people in prison and the ability of others to route from your number to others in other countries, causing outrageous calls to be on your phone bills. I would encourage anyone who is moving to stay away from Baker Moving. They gave me a great quote and I sent in a deposit. When the movers show up, the quote suddenly increased in price. My price jumped by $500 because I had 25 more cubic feet of belongings. When they delivered by belongings, two pieces of furniture were missing. They were only small fold-up bookshelves, but I still paid to move them and expected to get them back. I am currently talking to them about insurance. On July 11, 2008 I applied for a Chase Private Student loan and was approved. I faxed them all my documents (proof ID, proof of enrollment, and loans docs) by Monday, July 14. I thought all was fine until eight business days later when they told me my drivers license was unclear and I would have to refax it again. When we first started talking to first universal lending. they were very convincing that they could get our mortgage loan reworked and could lower our payment 30% to 60%. I asked Gary about their success rate and he stated 100%. After we got signed up and a payment of 399.00 got made they would get started. December 22nd, 2007 A Safeco insured came into my lane causing me to lose control of my vehicle and be hit by another. The accident exacerbated. Some back problems I already had... They don't want to pay because my treatments would probably have been needed later on anyway... Insurance companies like that are the reason there are sooo many lawsuits. I did my transaction through Eztradein.com, which is owned by Dealtree. All my subsequent dealings were with Dealtree so that is why my review is here. Eztradein is Dealtree's service which buys back used electronics. I sent them a laptop, which had a quoted value of $200. I selected to receive a check and shipped my laptop. Upon receipt I got an e-mail that the hinge was cracked and it's value was only $99. There is no way it was cracked when I sent it, and there is no way it happened during shipping. She was supposed to donate $5, 000 to the event and has even mentioned the donation in a big Miami Herald piece bragging about her community exploits. 3 months after the event, no money and no donation. Then when I told her it wasn't mine either because it had been there way too long she told the cook "he said it's been here too long" with a hateful voice. I then told her to keep the money and could I have a comment card. I was told NO!. On the way to my car a lady YELLED at me that I would get my food. In the ad for Wolf Camera 9/6/08 the offer was "buy any digital camera over $100 and get a free printer". In this ad they had a Canon PowerShot A590 IS for $149.99. After either calling or visiting every Wolf store in my area I was told that they did not carry that camera and did not intend to get one in. This is pure bait & switch - I have to buy a more expensive camera to get the free printer within the 1 week offer. And they would not give me a rain-check for the camera or the printer. The rebate card came with a $100.00 credit on it supposedly I say supposedly because the card has been declined at every retailer except the first one a Chinese resturant. It you go to the web site however for the rebate program they say the card is good and still has $78.00 on it. I read the instructions completely that came with the card (highly restrictive) and figured well mabe the merchants are doing something wrong.
