DAS is the worst! I got my car shipped from Minneapolis, MN to Seattle, WA in Feb 2008. It took them 4 weeks to arrive. They promised within two weeks. When my car arrived, there were scratches on the doors, dents and was very dirty. There were 100 miles more on it then when I dropped it off. I called DAS and wrote letters asking for an explanation and they have not replied. I believe ASURION Insurance Company and Verizon Wireless are intentionally miss leading its customers. Today I had my phone (Motorola Q) examined by a Verizon Wireless technician. I was informed by the tech that the phone is malfunctioning beyond repair however I was insured through ASURION for phone malfunctions. He handed me an Asurion pamphlet for subscribers of Verizon Wireless phones with 'Terms and Conditions'. TSA Tours promised accomodations in the Amazon in Peru as "rooms with air-conditioning and private bathrooms and all the comforts of home". After travelling one hour by small boat to the lodge, the rooms had no electricity, no hot water, and, of course, no air conditioning. There were no windows except screens and the rooms were just partitioned areas under a common roof with no ceilings. They instead kept my money and refuse to refund it. I brought my car in to be washed after noticing that vandals had thrown eggs on it. On checking in, the order person told me that eggs were hard to remove, so I asked him if they were going to be able to get it off. He said yes, and said we could send it through again if needed. I bought a new hot tub in September 2002. If you read around, EVERYONE that bought a hot tub from Thermospas in the fall of 2002 has had major problems with it. The acrylic process that they used was faulty. I was told that it was their suppliers fault, and that they have a law suit pending against them. And this is my problem?? Why?? I should have known it was going to be a dump when I went in the office and it smelled of smoke and the owner was laying on the sofa smoking and watching TV. I was sold on Tough Shed but Amazing Buildings had a similar building for quite a bit less. There were enough differences in the materials and design that I paid an extra $2K for design and material changes to make sure the building would last. After 2 months, the doors would not even close. I called Rodney and sent emails for another 2 months asking for help. When he finally responded, all he wanted to discuss was more money and he still never came and fixed the doors. Do not use this company. Watch out for Costco: you get what you pay for, plus some extra damage. I got my lenses replaced there, and they needed to be adjusted once they got back from the lab. Not a big deal and entirely expected. Now they say that they can block his calls because our daughter who lived in Iowa had a phone bill years ago with Qwest that wasn't paid. That was when she was married. She lived with us for a while a year ago and her name was on our Frontier account but it was also in our name. Many customers complained they purchased a credit building program, and were verbally promised that for various sums of money in excess of $250, 000. Access Capital Funding claimed they would obtain large lines of corporate credit for their clients. Clients reported no credit lines were established on behalf of their business and they were unable to obtain refunds. The WuYiTea had it's own random charges of different amounts sometimes twice a month. When it was purchased, she told me how to apply it, which I did what she said. When I tried to return it, found out that there was much more to it then what she had told me. Horrible customer service. Danner gave them a credit so that they would give me a refund, and they refused. I talked to an extremely rude man who told me that he would charge me 50% to "restock". Not only was he extremely rude/uncooperative/loud, HE WAS THE OWNER. I asked to speak to someone who could speak to me more nicely, he told me no one else could help me, he was the owner.
