I ordered 200 roses and 100+ filler flowers for centerpieces for my daughter's wedding reception. The roses were fine, however they sent the wrong filler flowers, I went back and forth with Carla Morilla, provided her copies of the invoice and the transcript of the online chat when I ordered which verified the agent had sold me a specific color which was different from what they shipped. I ordered a $5.95 Acai Berries bottle from an advertisment on the internet. I received it and then have received two other unordered pills bottles. I got my Visa Card statement and found three (3) charges, two of which I will not pay. The charges are $74.95 from GD Performance Products from Colorado; $29.95 from GD Performance Products fromArizona and $5.95 from GD Performance Products in Nevada. Moda Modeling based in Dallas Texas was a huge rip off. They continued to charge my account the fee of 29.95 a month even after I ended my contract with them. In the 2 years I was with moda I NEVER got any modeling work. I received all these emails and responded to them but never got anything. They never tried to work with me either. I have complained about the product Aquaguard Robot for not taking in the water in to the tank 2 weeks before. Also, calling them twice or thrice daily for them to attend the complaint. But still now, there is no response and whenever I call, they say, they will send the technician as soon as possible. Is this the way they do a service to the customer who believe them and buy their product. They are cheating the people by saying about many facilities and not even a single is followed. I had Verizon DSL for several years and had no problems. It seemed more than adequate for us. But after too many calls stating how wonderful FIOS is I relented. That's when the trouble began. Aside from having numerous techs show up to install the optic fiber that had already been installed last November, the FIOS bill was attached to the wrong phone line in our 2 Verizon line house. I was billed $12.95 on my AT&T land line bill for voice mail services from Coast to Coast Voice, LLC. I did not authorize the charges. In fact, I never heard of the company before this billing. I called the contact number, and the polite operator told me I would receive credit in 2 to 3 billing cycles. I asked her how the charges ended up on my bill. HughesNet Fair Access Policy is anything but fair. It is not defined, to the user, in any useful way, but may be triggered by the simple act of normal web searches. I can only guess that opening a new web page, before their slow system has opened the current one, is a violation, as that is all that I was doing, this time, when FAP activated. Updating software, viewing a news video, and many other normal everyday web activities activate FAP. Apparently HughesNet is an Email, (no attachments), service only. We broght a Calphalon non-stick Wok for $99 about 1 year ago. This products came with a life time warnaty. Recently, the wok became stick so we brought it to one of Bath and Beyond stores in Gurnee, IL. Quickly, I got one wok, but not the one I have. Since they don't have that wok in store, so we agreed to take one same-kind wok. This is the first visit in two days. We brought the new wok home. In August 2007 we purchased a Craftsman 4 Ton low profile service jack. In March 08 we returned the jack because it was leaking oil and would not hold the weight of a small car. The jack was replaced, but just this week (9/13/2008), the replacement jack was also leaking and would not hold weight. This company has non-exist customer support. I have been trying to receive information of upgrading their system from the 2007 version to the 2008 version. All support calls go to Voice Mail, if you leave a message it may be up to 24 hours before you get a response, and if you get a response it does not resolve the issue.
