Dear Interlocutor, I bought an item at a local Meijer store in East Lansing, MI. The item is a Meijer band nominated "Shop Force" that only Meijers carry in its store. I had these poeple out to give us an estimate. Before they would come they insisted that both me and the wife needed to be there. I was about 15 minutes late and the salesman just went off on my wife. This was the first bad sign. I got there and he spent two hours trying to convince me to spend $5000 on a cheap plastic wall covering for my shower. I dont think the stuff is worth a few hundred dollars. I have been using the tata indicomm broadband for the last 1 yr and have been facing some issue or the other. The last complaint i raised was on the 10th of Aug and its been 13 days since that they havent been able to fix the problem. I have taken my grand-daughter to have her pictures made, since she was 1 week old, 1 month old, and 2 months old. At each occassion, I have paid ahead and gotten the pkg. and the free 10x13 or the 11x16, and I have had the 25% off coupon as well. The package I buy each time has a CD with should cost 39.99. I have looked at my receipts and noticed that I have paid 49.99 twice, and not received my 25% off any of the times. Although my service has been surperb, this is a problem for me. I signed up for PHONE POWER on a promotion for 10 a month or something. I paid $44 to send the adapter. I never got the damned thing to work and they were NO HELP. They were surly and rude -- totally condescending! took baby in for his first pictures they where great he smiled in 2 pictures can U believe it, loved them. Shannon who took the pic. was great. But then few days later calls me to tell me there was something wrong with the camra and all the pictures did not turn out. she said she lost 5 days of pictures. (thats alot of people). I bought bought 31 used patient monitor in auction for 500 dollars. I called the ups store to pick up and ship to me. They wanted my credit card before picking up. Hi5 seems to allow no verification for identity and houses those who steal others identity and post them on this site without authorization of others. Usually happens after the end of a relationship, and in my case the sour boyfriend has stolen my facebook pictures and posted them under false identities which then causes me to receive very frightening emails from creeps around the world wanting to date me and meet me and touch me, it is really bad news. and you cannot contact them, and you have no idea what or who the profile is under. To add my voice to the fray: I can attest to the fact that Bloomex delivers exceedingly late, or not at all; provides a sub-standard product (dead or dying at the time of delivery); has absolutely no form of what you could cogently call 'customer service'; and refuses to issue refunds even when they are firmly at fault. I have ordered from them twice and have twice been burned - meaning that their actual *business practices* are at fault, and not some random error or event. Have had Time Warner Intergrated T-1 service for our retail/wholesale food company for years without any problems; was contacted by ATT Win Back and told I could get the same level of service for $200/month cheaper by switching to ATT. I just read all of these complaints and I did get a good laugh...The word vacuum is spelled with one c and two u's whoever posted the word spelling it "vaccum and vacccum". M&S lists products as available for delivery when they are not ... It is a totally misleading site which can waste hours. The stock availability is not updated frequently, even the staff in online services do not know. The system sometimes can take orders for items which are not, and never will be in stock. This company rips people off. They are on the BBB site but not for long. They wanted collateral for a personal loan, because of my credit. I paid the collateral and the company was suppose to deposit funds in my account and that never happened and they took my collateral as well. Everyone must be warned of this company and their tactics. They move into new areas and SELL you hard on their advertising program. They fail to mention that they will be charging you a $3 monthly billing fee. I know it sounds small, but it is the point. Second of all, they are real quick to push you into adding a white background to make the ad stand out. Of course that costs extra. Orange Broadband falls over at least once a month. Every time we try to get it fixed, Orange tell us it is our router. Each time, it is the network. When we try to talk to customer service, they blame everyone else, tell us we must wait for a line test and refuse to escalate the problem. The service representatives refuse to let us speak to a supervisor. They also charge us for each call. So far, they have never fixed a problem. With our last outage we were down for 2 days. I had booked a spot taxi for drop to Yeshwantpur railway station. I called them 15 min before the scheduled time to inquire about the driver details and got the response that the booking is canceled and they can't provide another taxi. MSEB does the Bill value a complete figure say the bill amount is 395 then it will charge 400. Why it is so? And claim that a discount is given if paid before some date. But my experience is that I never get the bill before the discount eligible date, though I can pay it. I have been utilizing this dry cleaners on and off for 5 years. I dropped off two shirts to be dry cleaned; one was silk--I gave them specific instructions NOT to pin or staple the shirt since it is SILK. The clerk wrote "special care" on the silk shirt. I bought a Bushnell Onix 400 for the XM weather mapping feature. I spent an additional $ 150.00 for an XM weather account. It will not work on the Bushnell unit. My $1, 100 brand new scooter arrived with a non-working starter, defective front disc brake and other small problems. The company makes it impossible to speak with a live person regarding problems.
