Haaa! The rear leg of the George Forman grill collapsed and pushed the machine forward, the grease tray came onto me and my counter top. I worked with the grill after is was cooled and saw that one slight side to side motion while opening the lid caused the "lock" pin to slide out of position, collapsing the rear leg. SAI took over my monitoring service after being sold from another company that had signed me up. The contract was a 3 year monitoring. 1 year through the contract my house was sold. I have had service with Highland Propane for a little of two years. They have been told at least twice not to deliver propane until I call them since I do not use a lot of propane during the year. This company charges customers in all 50 states "local sale tax" by trying to make you believe they have physical facilities in all 50 states. I live in Alaska and while I seriously doubt they have any facilities in the state, they are charging me Alaska sales tax. Alaska has no sales tax. After informing themy of this fact, they still would not refund me the charge. They are adding to their revenues with these false charges at least in the 5 states that have no sales taxes, and probably in many states that while they may have state sales tax, this company doesn't really have facilities within that state as the law requires. read full review »
