Bueler Chandler Morturary
My family had contracted with the funeral home for services for our loved one. After working with the funeral director, we overheard the office manager speak about us in a very derogative manner and make the comment that we should be charged triple because we were not mormon. I don't think she realized that we were outside of the office near the restrooms and could hear her conversation clearly. During a hard time, I think it is completely inappropriate for that type of behavior and discrimination. It shouldn't matter if we are mormon or not, everyone should be treated equally and I guess this funeral home does not believe in it. read full review »

Austin boats and motors has a thief of a manager/owner. He is more preoccupied with filling his own wallet than customer service. He actually hid from me when I tried to speak with him. Pete was helpful, but do to Martin Boyers lack of respect and money hungry attitude I will never come back. Olshan Foundation Repair
While Olshan was working in our house a large sum of money was stolen. The police got good fingerprints, and the prime suspect (an Olshan employee) skipped town. Olshan customer service refused to return calls and was extremely unpleasant once contacted. They will not discuss making restitution.
Do NOT allow an Olshan employee into your house! Olshan will not be held accountable for their employee's actions, and apparently hire people with false names & records. read full review »

I am completely disappointed with the bags RHANDBAGS.com sent to me.. These are not what i expect it to be... The pictures are however deceiving... another thing, in the detailed info of the bags I ordered, it says :
This designer bag comes with: serial number, authenticity card, dust bag and care booklet.
But i didnt find any serial #, authenticity card, dust bag and care booklet on the 4 bags I ordered when it is in fact in the detailed info of the bag...

Toshiba Service Center Customer Service
I purchased the Toshiba Satellite Laptop, and since the day of purchase nearly 8 mos ago it has had a problem. I contacted tech support, took it to a local toshiba retailer and finally sent it into them for repair. It came back minus a gig of ram and the same problem I sent it in for plus a new one with sound is present. I filed a complaint with customer service agent Carla and was told i have to send it back in. This is a dud I wish they would just replace it even with a used referred one. read full review »

The Jack Lalanne company never returned my blender.
On 6/17/08 at around 4:28pm I called and the person with whom I spoke said they had received the shipment with my tracking number but could not find a record of my blender. After a long conversation, she said that she would send to me a replacement blender. I never received it.

I ordered a bunch of rugs on July 2, 2008 from Home Decorators. Some of the rugs shipped the other two living room rugs were supposed to ship on July 11, this date was pushed back EVERY WEEK. I would keep calling to see if it was delivered, and was then told it was shipped on August 4th, but soon found out that WAS A LIE. Now the rugs are NOT Shipping till September 9th, if at all. They certainly charged me for the rugs the day I placed the order. All they have done is lie to get me off the phone...

I was playing my Playstation 3 one night, the power shut off on the system but I still had a red light on the front of the console. I turned it back on and had power for a few minutes and the system shuts down and will not boot back up and no lights on period. I called SCEA ASAP, and notified them of my problem. They told me it was an internal power failure and that they will send a prepaid shipping box for me to send the PS3 to them for an in warranty exchange. This is the worst photo experience I ever had. My wife and I wanted to take a few couples photos. On a recommendation from my friend, we made an appointment with them. The photographer we wanted was not available, so they gave us a guy who called himself Moleculo Kike. This guy was rude, and he had body odor. We were in a small studio, so the BO was pretty noticeable.

Can you please clarify that LPC Communications has the rights to market the N95 for $150. Actually it is free, but they will refund your $150 after 12 months of service. The say that Nokia is selling a new type of technology called 4G, but that they have it tied up for 4 years. The say that the N95 is a satellite phone, and the cost for monthly service will cost $24.95 for unlimited texting and unlimited calls in the US. AT&T has now been at my business 6 times (8 different people), they have lied that no one has been onsite to be able to install the DSL service. I have spoken to Gabriela (supervisor), Robert, Brenda, Nancy, Jack, Elba, Alex (Alex employee ID: CAR 357 was the worst) and many many other people. I’m on the phone now for about 2 hours so they can tell me what the next installation date will be???

We got an unauthorized charged by Your Billing Solutions Inc. thru our telecom provider. I did not register for this, despite they claimed they got my email address in the internet registration...I never received any email confirmation of this registration...if I ever did registered.

Owner/Operator of franchise was rude when I asked him for a small strip of boxing tape.
I tracked my shipment a week later to find that this UPS location held onto my shipment for 5 business days before finally shipping it out.
This was a repair shipment with a RMA that had a limited time span (expiration). This franchised location jeopardized my transactions.
Would never use this location again... UPS should be more careful when monitoring quality control in their franchised locations. read full review »

Shopping online via Guitar Center was one of the most horrid experiences I ever had. I ordered from them before a Tama 8-piece drum set with no problems about 3 weeks ago. However, the problem began when I ordered 2 kick pedals and a Roland kick trigger. What a disappointment.

Since May, Vodafone obstructs all access to data usage/credit information for Dutch mobile internet and telephone subscribers, making it near impossible to stay within limits. At the same time it is impossible to get a detailed specification of the invoices that are mostly bigger than usual. To this moment, Vodafone still advertises on the Vodafone.nl website that we can always check our data usage/credit and get invoice details via MyVodafone.

THis organization called my home trying to sign me up for their sevices. they told me that they charge less than Con edison and I believed them. From August 2007 to date, Acorn Stairlifts declines to honor its one year and lifetime warranty for a stairlift purchased December 2006.
