You can complain to the FCC online. They ripped me off as well. The only way to get the money back is to fill out FCC 2000F form online. Just threaten the company with the complaint to get the refund. Fill the form out anyway they need to be stopped. Even after you stop Orbit they may bill it through ESBI or if they are billing you Orbit Telecom may bill you directly. It may take a few months to get it strait. I went to Shop Rite in Old Bridge on Rt 9 North by the Ferry Roud. I wanted to get some cheese and ham for my family breakfast. I was very surprised when instead of thank you I got harassed by one of the workers for making they work hard for my order! I ordered phone service thru ATT a few weeks ago with an install date for 9/2. I was not initially given a window of time and was basically told it was anytime in the day. I took off work and spent the day home waiting for them. I called in to ATT a number of times and the automated machine kept hanging up on me. I waited at the low end 1 hour at a time on hold to speak with someone and most of those reps lost my call during transfer which meant another hour on hold trying to get to speak with someone again. Please be aware of hidden charges! I cancelled my service due to inability to use a wireless PC Card outside the city (they do not offer coverage in majority of Texas), and agreed to the early cancelation fee ($200). My sister recently had Wal-Mart auto services install a battery in her car. After a few days the car stalled and had to be towed to garage. The mechanic found that the wrong battery had been installed. It was too high, it overheated and welded the hood latch shut as well as caused damage to the underside of the hood. They do not deliver on time. They do not budget there fuel properly and had to ask for twice what we had agreed to. Then they threatened to not deliver after I told them that I was unhappy with the way they a conducting business, their drivers are rude and do not care about your product. They set the temps wrong on three of my loads. I will never use this company again. I urge anyone who wants there freight delivered on time and in good condition to use another trucking company. We rented cabin #25 for five nights and on the first morning after arriving, we noticed large carpenter ants in the kitchen. He told us originally that the whole process would take one month once we were approved for the loan. These scumbags sent me a broken asus S37Z with a broken 8400M. They will not refund the money after only 2 months and refuse to ship to Europe. They want to replace the 8400M with another 8400M, which will overheat and break again. My family had contracted with the funeral home for services for our loved one. After working with the funeral director, we overheard the office manager speak about us in a very derogative manner and make the comment that we should be charged triple because we were not mormon. I don't think she realized that we were outside of the office near the restrooms and could hear her conversation clearly. During a hard time, I think it is completely inappropriate for that type of behavior and discrimination. While Olshan was working in our house a large sum of money was stolen. The police got good fingerprints, and the prime suspect (an Olshan employee) skipped town. Olshan customer service refused to return calls and was extremely unpleasant once contacted. They will not discuss making restitution. Do NOT allow an Olshan employee into your house! I purchased the Toshiba Satellite Laptop, and since the day of purchase nearly 8 mos ago it has had a problem. I contacted tech support, took it to a local toshiba retailer and finally sent it into them for repair.
