After receiving numerous spam email solicitations I have unsubscribed several times but I still continue to receive these same spam emails. The unsubscribe information says to allow 10 days to be removed from their data base and I would no longer receive spam from them, but it's going on a month & I'm still receiving 50 to 85 per day. I don't have time to continuously unsubscribe to all of the spam, especially since I have already done it several times. In the recent advertisement of Gulf Mart, it states that every purchase of 20KD items from Gulfmart will get a free gift voucher of 3KD at Sana . I went to Burlington Coat Factory to purchase a Ski Jacket. Several of the Columbia 3 in 1 interchange jackets they had did not come with anything more than the outer shell yet they were priced the same as the few jackets that came as a complete set. I sent the item Fluke DSP4100 cable analyzer to June Company August 2007 and made the advance payment of $4, 500 November, received the item March 2008 but it was not repaired at all. HMS takes your $ and provides nothing but false promises and anguish in return. Contractually, there is no specific performance disclosed as to timeframe for them to take corrective action...they can take forever. My AC, manufactured in 1967, died. They have now spent 3 weeks looking for repair parts. Like that's going to happen. On the phone they are polite as they lie to you about elevating your claim or placing a rush on it and yet every time you call back you will get the exact same song sung to you. The sales people at hhgreg are way too pushy. We came in wanting to buy a dishwasher and a dishwaster ONLY. They tried to talk us into buying a refridgerator, a mattress, and anything else they could think of. They stay on you all the time and they find out you're not going to buy anything else the jump on some other unsuspecting person and bug the crap out of them. I will never ever visit hhgreg again. My mobile phone no 9810650918 got deactivated with PUK locked while I was in Cyprus. I wonder why these things happen to your system especially for non- payment of Rs 487.50 monthly bill which I do pay regularly. Two girls who lived at 1515 hogansvill rd had the phone number that I have now several years ago. They used my name to open the account with bellsouth but did not pay there bill. I did not get this number untill Oct 2005. I called AT@T on 4-21-08 & talked to a women in acccount receivable & explained to her that I never had this number untill Oct 2005. She looked at the account & told me that my ss number did not match the billing information the two girls used to set up the account. I purchased a ativa cx108 paper shredder and within 24 hrs the machine died. I did all the right things, oiled it with home depot oil, never more than 10 sheets, 3 min on 6 min off, no more than 30 min at t time. After 3 hrs the machine jammed up and after 4 hrs, the machine died. Shut the thing off for 8 hrs and it still didnt work.
