I was guaranteed a free vacation and purchased an 8, 000 package vacation plan. I made a $100.00 deposit for the free vacation and when i called to book the trip 6 months later they stated that they emailed me to book the reservations and never replied so I lost the oppurtunity to have the free trip. I never received the email from them and they never told me that I needed to book the vacation within a certain time frame. I was told that there was nothing that I could do to dispute this except get my $100.000 deposit back. October 8th my husband and I and old friends boarded a Viking Ship, the Mirabelle, in Lyon France. WE took this ship because 2 of the 4 of us are handicapped and needed an elevator. It didn't work all week and it appeared there was no effort to fix it. The ship was old and at first our bathroom had a bad smell. I found on November 13 that this hotel assigned a preauth on my credit card of $107.99. I called and told them(Gayle) that it was not authorized, I was not there and therefore they needed to put it back on my card before I filed a complaint. I paid $950 for a 38 passenger bus to to Sesame Place on Sat, July 17, 2010.
