This agency, and agent, "Sherry" took advantage of us when we were at our lowest. We had discovered that my Aunt in AZ was diagnosed with cancer and we have to rebook our flights that we purchased, bottom line, a around trip ticket from Detroit MI to Denver CO ended up costing us $3, 500.00, between them using a Fun Jet package to not canceling our flight when they were instructed to do so. Non refundable trips, with this economy due to layoffs or hours cut, or hourly wages cut, people who qualified at time of purchase, may not qualify now. we bought 12 rolls of wallpaper from laura ashley and also paste as advised. we had this hung by a profesional decorater.and the next morning it had shrunk and was falling from the walls. the instuctions were followed to a tee . We sent samples to laura ashley for testing who after 5-6 weeks and several unreturned phone calls said it was not there fault and would not take any responsability. this has cost us a fortune and they did not even offer a good will gesture. This was suupose to be a B&B that was located on a bird sancutuary and next to an equestrian center with a heated pool and jacuzzi. No birds, no horses, no heated pool... the jacuzzi was the size of my tiny bathtub and this is the kicker 10 boxes of cereal and platic bowls lined up for breakfast...??? What did I pay for. I'm not much of a complainer and don't have an issue paying overweight/oversize fees when they are warranted but my AirTran experience really bothered me. If there's a link to other AirTran baggage complaints I believe the agent I had in Ohio moved from Philadelphia and "helped" me as well.
